Ordered travel size 10ml bottle of Tom Ford. I use it for many years and love that flavor but willing to have a travel bottle and do not carry big one. Received cheap bottle from aliexpress with completely different flavor (not bad, but different), it doesn't stay long on a body (original tom ford you can feel on a next day easily).
Tried to contact Scents Angel using their website, and got no response. Week should be enough to text back

I ordered a 10 ml decant of a perfume, and received a bottle labeled 10 ml, but it's actually a 5 ml bottle. They are decanting into 5 ml bottles and selling them as a 10 ml. I will provide a picture below of the perfume that I received from scents angel, next to a 10 ML bottle from a Tom Ford travel size. See for yourself the massive difference.

I purchased Baccarat Rouge 540 Maison Francis Kurkdjian 10ml spray and received a bottle of rubbing alcohol. My husband felt terrible as it was a present for our 16th wedding anniversary. They will not refund me, even if I return the product or send me a proper bottle. Do not be fooled by this fraudulent company.

Because we are all different it is great to be able to test out fragrances on our body to see how they smell on us, how long they last, etc. it should be nice to be able to purchase full bottles from Scents Angel as well or have more of a designer selection but they have more than hard to get fragrances than retail place like Sephora. Buying samples has helped me not waste my money on a full bottles that I could probably never get back.

The bottle and packaging looks original, but the scent fades away very easily than original. Compare with original from brand store and you will find out. They don't sell original perfumes.

Your site offered a 10% discount, then later offered 5% on first order and 10% on second order. Then when I signed up, gave my info, no discount code was provided. *update…. I received a response the next day and the issue was resolved!

I ordered 3 10ml bottles of cologne, They were sent to me really quick, After opening my order i was sent 2 10ml and a 5ml bottles, I was short 5ml of one of the bottles, So i took a picture of all 3 bottles and my order receipt and emailed it to the company, Now i didnt get upset because everyone makes mistakes but its how the company acts on it, Now to my surprise i got a text back from the company withend 15 mins and withend an hour i had my shortage plus 5ml extra for my troubles, Now thats what i call customer service, Scents Angels you have my trust and my business, Thank you!

I bought Mens Cologne " French Lover" from Frederick Malle for $288 But the smell was absolutely different from the original. I'm much convinced is " smell Like" company

Postage and taxes more than doubled the price. 150euro for 11ml of fragrance. I shan't be doing that again.
Go to the official perfume house sites. You shall receive a better deal. 30.19 Euro for 5ml of Roja Elysium while a 100ml bottle from the official site costs 275 Euro. Do the maths people! I expect to pay a mark up on decants but not to get ridden like Secratariat was in the Belmont stakes!
