Ordered a bunch of diffuser oils for a Christmas gift on Dec. 8th, and it is January 7th and still has not been shipped out. Customer service is terrible and useless! Do not buy from them! Today, they even charged my card again for a monthly subscription fee that I did not sign up for, nevermind never received any product. Nightmare company to order thru. Don't do it.
I don't normally write reviews because hardly ever does a product/company leave me excited of frustrated enough to do so. However, my experience since purchasing the Scentimemt Pro 2 Difusser a month ago has been so frustrating, I thought I would give it a try to let everyone know about the service provided once they purchase the product. First of all, I want to be clear that scents themselves are absolutely fantastic, and the diffuser was as well. That is until it stopped working. A little over a month after we purchased the Pro 2 Diffuser it malfunctioned and no longer would diffuse. Because the unit was still under warranty, I thought the exchange would be simple enough. Boy, was I wrong. They require you to video the product to show you that it's malfunctioning. I assume this is because they don't trust their customers. After creating the video, you'll be asked to upload the video in the company's return portal (provided by a link that will be emailed to you). They don't tell you that the video is too large in MBs to attach in the portal. So, you have to call again to get another link sent to you to compress your video. Then you can finally attach it. I was relieved when I finally completed the return process because of course I get my return label right away right? Wrong! You have to wait for the request to be approved. Another clear indicator that Sentiment does not trust its customers. Now I'm waiting for some unknown period for the return request to be approved, so I can finally get my return label, and probably wait two weeks while the defective product is shipped and I replacement is shipped to me. So, while the fragrances are great, we'll have to do without them for at least two weeks. My wife is not happy and neither am I. The Amazon return policy is much better. You don't have to go through all of this.
Compre un difusser y esencias, en mi order me cargaron muchos mas productos cuando quise modificar customer service nunca mas respondió. Tuve que acercarme al local y manejar mas de 1 hora. El difusser que recibi no funciona bien y es nuevo, las esencias ni siquiera huelen bien. He escrito mas de 10 emails a customer service porque mi difusser figura como no elegible para cambio sin embargo no he recibido ninguna solucion.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My diffuser lasted 3 weeks! I filled out the warranty claim online, along with a video that I had to send of the problem. They approved the replacement, sent me a shipping label. They have had my tore up diffuser since Feb 5 and they have NOT REPLACED IT NOR WILL THEY REPSOND! THEY TRUELY ARE THE WORST! OH! AND THEY HAVE ALSO REMOVED THE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT LINK ON THEIR WEBSITE! AND THEY DELETE NEGATIVE COMMENTS!
I regret ever giving Scnetiment a chance. I purchased their Mini Diffuser Starter Kit to try out their products since I've used other (better) brands before. The only reason I even considered them was because they were cheaper. And as the saying goes—you get what you pay for.
From the very first purchase, my unit was defective. It wouldn't power up, and the charging light kept blinking before shutting off completely. Frustrating, but I figured customer service would help. Big mistake.
Customer service is a nightmare. First, they're almost impossible to reach, and when you finally get through, they make you redo every basic troubleshooting step, even if you've already tried them. Then, before they even consider a return, they demand you take videos of the issue and upload them. Seriously?! I've never had to prove a defective product this way before.
Once you finally jump through those hoops, you're stuck filling out a ridiculously long form, shipping the unit back at your own cost, and then waiting months while their team "investigates." All this nonsense over a $39.99 purchase! (Yes, it was on sale, but that doesn't justify this nightmare.)
For comparison, I once received a defective product from a well-known coffee machine company. They tried to assist me with installation first, and when that didn't work, they immediately sent me a replacement, along with a prepaid shipping label so I could return the broken unit in the new box. And that was for a $700 machine—not some tiny diffuser!
At this point, I'm convinced Scnetiment intentionally makes returns as difficult as possible so customers just give up. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on a company that actually stands behind their products. Scnetiment is a joke. I'll never buy from them again.
They charge you to send back a item if purchased by mistake. Very misleading and it took countless emails to get response.
Don't waste your money! The machine is a piece of junk and the scents are so faint. I contacted customer service to return and unable to return because I used it! How would I know what a piece of junk it was if I didn't try it?! So now I am stuck with a piece of junk and useless scents! I bought a $20 one by Brookstone at TJMaxx that works great...if only I would have found it first!
I was truly looking forward to this product; this advertisement had me excited. I ordered during the Holiday BOGO special. The package arrived in sufficient time (approximately 1 week). However, once it arrived, I only received one of the items ordered. Yes, only one diffuser arrived. I ordered the large diffuser; I was going to give the second one as a gift. To make matters worse, the item that was received didn't work. I then made several attempts to contact Customer Service (CS) at various times, however each time I called I always received the response that, due to heavy call volumes, we are unable to take your call at this time. Despite calling immediately, when CS opened I would still receive the same response. This became very frustrating after several days. I had no choice but to return that item, to avoid being unable to get a refund due to the limitation required by the 10 return policy. This return was also at my expense. It has now been approximately three weeks, I still have not been able to reach anyone on the phone. Customer Service has provided a limited response to my email, other than stating we will respond to you soon, I have not received a refund or any other type of communication regarding this issue. My next step will be to the BBB. This is very unfortunate.
They never sent my $250 order after a month, despite even charging for expedited shipping. There is no customer service, only a robot response, no matter what you say or ask. And the phone number automatically disconnects before anyone answers, no matter the time of day. This company needs to be shut down. Yesterday, if not sooner.
In EVERY photo, you advertise your mini as a starter sample, but no scent are included and you have to buy separately. Please stop misleading your customers!
Currently, they are running a promotion buy one get one free. I purchased two diffusers I should receive two diffusers for free. I did not. I have been communicating with them for weeks to try to get this taken care of, but to no avail I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this company. I highly recommend thinking twice before you give this company any of your money. They asked that I take photos of what I received. It is two days before Christmas. I have already wrapped them. Due to their terrible customer service two family members will not be receiving Christmas gifts this year.

I was made to believe that the scent diffuser was BOGO - imagine my surprise when I only received one scent diffuser. They claimed I wasn't eligible for BOGO because a $19.95 discount was applied to my cart, which happened to be a 'Mystery Gift' that they offered.
Their website and offers are confusing and false, they don't answer the phone and barely answer emails, and they text me daily with 'promotions'. DO NOT BUY FROM SCENTIMENT.

I had a very disappointing experience with Scentiment regarding their mini diffusers. I ordered four but only received one, which was malfunctioning. After returning it, I received a refurbished replacement. When the other three diffusers finally arrived, two of the atomizers didn't work on any of my devices, while the two working diffusers function perfectly across all four.
Additionally, their claim of lasting scent coverage for 500 square feet is misleading; I found it to be far less effective. This was my first purchase, and I had no prior experience with diffusers, so I expected a much better quality product.
The customer service has been frustrating. Instead of offering a replacement, they asked me to create a video for evaluation—a process I already went through with the first defective unit. This has been tedious and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, Scentiment has no refund policy, which left me with no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.
I'm genuinely disappointed with the quality of their products and the lack of support. I won't be purchasing from them again and encourage others to think twice before buying.

As most people know next day air means one day to process and then ship i paid for next day air and long and behold item three days later still has not shipped.
WARNING DO NOT BUY this product. It broke within a few days of use. It is not well made and is faulty. Now I am hunting down customer care to get a full refund. I was excited to try this because hotel collection and Aroma 360 are more expensive but this Scentiment diffuser is garbage. DO NOT BUY!
I purchased this mini diffuser in hopes to LOVE it! Sadly that is not the case. I do realize it is a mini. I wanted to try the diffuser before purchasing the larger one. Unfortunately, I can't tell the scent is even being used. I opened one bottle of the set of 3. I tried to request a refund and was denied due the fact that the diffuser is "used". For the price of $69.95

This company is a rip off! I was charged for rushed delivery but it took over a month to get my order and that's only after I initiated a refund request. The email address comes back as invalid so I couldn't reach out. I finally heard from them stating that they didn't have the color that I ordered but no one thought to let a person with rush delivery know that smh. The advertisement that I bought into made it seem as if the diffuser came as a kit with three scents shown with it but it's only a diffuser. They gave me a "free" scent due to the wait but once I finally got my order and saw that it wasn't a kit I said I wanted a refund. They inspected my items and said that I would get a refund. They kept over 50 dollars talking about shipping and charged me for things I never got like a free mystery gift. I had a total of three items which they got all of them back! I was told that I had to send back the "free" scent as well in which I did. I can understand shipping but that doesn't cost darn near 50 dollars.
Please DO NOT order from this company! They are rip offs and scam artists! There are other like companies that you can order from but AVOID Scentiment like the plague unless you like giving away your money!
