Shipping did take some time as my order was placed in June and it took about a month to get the product.
Once the product arrived it was easy instructions and set up. The scents smell just like the Westin Hotel where we stayed at.
This company is a rip off! I was charged for rushed delivery but it took over a month to get my order and that's only after I initiated a refund request. The email address comes back as invalid so I couldn't reach out. I finally heard from them stating that they didn't have the color that I ordered but no one thought to let a person with rush delivery know that smh. The advertisement that I bought into made it seem as if the diffuser came as a kit with three scents shown with it but it's only a diffuser. They gave me a "free" scent due to the wait but once I finally got my order and saw that it wasn't a kit I said I wanted a refund. They inspected my items and said that I would get a refund. They kept over 50 dollars talking about shipping and charged me for things I never got like a free mystery gift. I had a total of three items which they got all of them back! I was told that I had to send back the "free" scent as well in which I did. I can understand shipping but that doesn't cost darn near 50 dollars.
Please DO NOT order from this company! They are rip offs and scam artists! There are other like companies that you can order from but AVOID Scentiment like the plague unless you like giving away your money!
I received my diffuser and on day one it did not work. I sent in a message asking them how do I return this to get another one. I told them I got one that is not working. They never would tell me how to return it. They ask did you do this and did you do that...? Duh, this is my second one and I know how to work them. I even told them I put my nose right down on the opening and no smell is coming out at all. Then they ask me to send a video. Lol! Im sorry, but how is a video going to let them know if you can smell it...? But I sent in a video. Nothing. I will never order from this company again. I wasted over $200.00 but lesson learned. They have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Mini Diffuser arrived on a Friday and buttons stopped reacting by Sunday. Simply won't turn off! Buttons do not work! Customer Service said NO REFUND ON 2 DAY OLD PRODUCT! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY...Horrible product & customer service
I had placed 3 orders with this company. I first bought the 10 scent 20ml collection to get an idea of a scent that I would be interested in as well as the small diffuser.
I found that the Fresh Rain was a scent my wife and I could agree on so I purchased a large diffuser and the 120ml Fresh rain scent. After about 3 weeks I noticed that the small diffuser was using a lot of liquid so I decided to purchase another large diffuser and make the jump to the 500ml bottle for the value. What. Mistake!
The $100.00 bottle fragrance smells TERRIBLE, nothing like the original 2 bottles. I tried to get a refund or a replacement, but they only offer a 14 day refund if the package is UNOPENED. What kind of trap is this? How can I tell if you sent me the correct fragrance if I cant smell it?
And when you send a bad fragrance, you wont take it back? Total scam.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! TOTAL FRAUD!

Just after I placed my order and prior to receiving my diffuser and scents, I found a great product that I really liked and chose to purchase and use. So, as soon as my order arrived (I didn't even open it) I contacted the company asking about how I could begin a return. I received an email response encouraging me to keep the product and offering a discount on another of their products. I responded that I still intended to return it. Then, I received a response to that request to return that also encouraged me to keep it, offering yet another product discount. I then sent ANOTHER email saying that I still wished to return it and FINALLY received a several step form that I was to fill out and enclose with the return. This process happened over 3 days (thus eating up the time range during which they allow returns following receipt). The email referred to the fact that there would be a product inspection and a decision made as to whether or not I could actually return the product and receive a refund in 14 days. UGHHHHHH...all about a $169 purchase...seems a pretty hard "fight" they gave me for this amount of money. Does it indicate that the company is struggling financially...not sure, but it certainly made me think it might be possible. The whole experience was so incredibly frustrating.

From the beginning the product didn't work. The diffuser only covers a couple feet of scent. Literally you have to get close to it to smell the aroma. I made a claim but there's no number or anything to talk to someone so I emailed them. They took forever to respond and long story short they basically told me how to insert the oil, because they felt maybe I was doing it wrong - which I wasn't… I gave it another day of trial and still didn't do its job as advertised. I sent them another email asking for a return label because i wanted my refund. At this point its been a 2 month back and forth! Once they received my diffuser they said an oil was missing and they couldn't send me a full refund - although they're the ones that told me how to use the oil! How are you suppose to use the product without the oil right?! They charged me a 30% of my refund as a "Restocking fee"! Who does this?! I paid $200 they refunded half of that! I'm warning you! DONT BUY IT BECAUSE ITS A RIP OFF!
Ordering was very easy. Explained how the product works and the 3 samples at a reduced cost was beneficial. The only concern I have is it doesn't hold a charge for very long. Otherwise a great addition to making the home smell lovely.

I'm very delighted and satisfied with the product I received that I ended up buying a set for my daughter. Delivery is kinda sketchy I had it rushed and received it kinda late because my understanding of rush and paying a fee will expedite the product!

I was unsure if this it first, but am now a true believer and have minis in my bedroom, living room and in my bathroom. No more candles or cheap smelling deodorizers. These are the best!
I thought this was an oil for a diffuser, but it is a perfume suitable for him or her. Also one of my favorites. I ordered a 500 ml bottle of the oil.
I love the mini diffuser and ocean breeze sent. I run it nearly nonstop in my household and have now purchased another diffuser and 500 mL bottle of ocean breeze food another area of my house.
My only regret is not having one of these sooner. Love how the intensity of fragrance can be regulated from both the diffuser as well as the app. The aroma hits as soon as you open the entrance door.

THIS PLACE IS CROOKED! I have one pending issue with them regarding a defective diffuser. I went back and forth with them for weeks, patiently doing all the steps they suggested to try and correct the humming noise everytime scent is put out. Nothing worked. Then they tried to tell me to return it at MY cost! Why would I have to pay return shipping when it wasn't my fault to begin with! I purchased other items from them too. Now, when I purchased a mini diffuser for my daughter a month ago, they make you join for a subscription. BUT it also states you can cancel at anytime. So a few days later, I canceled the subscription. Well a few days ago, I got an email saying my "scent" from my subscription is being sent to me. I immediately emailed them and showed proof that I DO NOT have a subscription. I just got an email telling me just bc I canceled the subscription, doesn't mean the order wouldn't be sent. WHAT? Who is saying these idiotic things that don't make sense. So, they go on to say I can return the scent for a refund. Again, at my cost. Not to mention this horrible company takes DAYS to communicate. I hope they do not make it. They are scammers.
I now have about six of these and use them all throughout the house. My fave scent is DayDream. Absolutely the best!
Smells almost like the pipe tobacco my father used to smoke, leathery, and great smelling. Will be purchasing more in the future!
