I order "one" and then see on my bank acct that "I'm subscribed" and they took $61.95 for a payment. ((NO. 1 I "NEVER" WOULD OF SUBSCRIBE TO ANY AIR DIFUSER FOR THAT MUCH LET ALONE KNOW I CAN'T AFFORD IT AND IT ISN'T WORTH IT! SO ENJOY MY MONEY YOU TOOK CUZ YOU AREN'T GETTING ANY MORE! SHAME SHAME SHAME!

It was mostly great, but my diffuser will not hold a charge. I will recommend this if someone help me with my diffuser...

If you are owed a refund, it will be over a month, and you still have to respond to numerous emails. I'm still waiting. I ordered the $123 bottle of scent oil. When it is supposedly a (BOGO) buy one get one special on August 12th. I received it without my extra bottle on August 17th. I contacted the company via text and email, their only response was, your order has been delivered. After going back and forth, I asked for an RMA so I could get a full refund, on August 17th. Every day, I requested an RMA, so finally on August 24th, I got an email stating I must pay to have the item returned with an RMA. I mailed the package back on August 28th. Pensacola to Medley, FL is 9hrs. September 1st, I sent an email requesting the status of my refund with the Tracking information, stating that the package was delivered and signed for on August 30th. September 1st, I got a response stating that they had provided me a Prepaid RMA, and I should mail it back. I replied with my tracking information again. Then i got another email stating that he was a manager and to provide my tracking information again. It's September 8th, and I'm back to requesting the status of my refund. One of my favorite scents! I think itt is very earthy and musky smelling.
