A lot to say. First of all, they got the job done. I ended up getting a recovery, slightly less than expected but still. But to be fair, it was quite complicated even keeping in mind that I paid for the service.
They required a police report, I had to do certain checks with my bank, request additional documents, etc. Also, the bank was calling me to clarify some details since they do not legally represent clients.

So, to sum it, it was challenging and took over 4 months, but I ended up recovering a handsome amount. Might not be worth it if the loss is relevantly small.

Reached out to them since unfortunately, I was naive enough to invest into crypto on ICO stage. It was obviously no crypto, after a while the website just disappeared. ScamHelp helped me to get the money back through my bank, I got the a full amount in nearly 3 months.

The services are not up to my expectations. Since I signed up with them, I have to deal with 3 different account managers because of the high turnover in the organisation.

They helped me to recover the money I sent to an Estonian investment firm that turned out to be a Ponzi scheme. I lost a very sufficient amount of money and these guys were a real help.

The only problem here - it really takes time, sometimes you can wait for a response for weeks. At a certain point I lost hope, but luckily it worked out.

The recovery team helped me recover funds that I sent to a crypto scam. It took a while, but in the end, I got most of the money back. I would recommend them to anyone who has been defrauded. Were very helpful in my case. With the help of Scam Help, I managed to get back over ******* my bank refused to return. The scammer kept charging my cards and converting money into crypto. Scam Help was the only entity who helped me to stop this madness

I went to their supposed offices. They are not there. I searched the building. I even went there twice when the said I didnt come to the right place. It's a virtual address like a PB box they claim as their address.

This is a complete proven scam. Do not get scammed twice. You will regret it. I spoke to Elliot. He didn't know dutch even a little.

There was no service just a few documents they asked that I do all the work. After I started getting calls again from other scammers, I think maybe this they work with the scammers.
I never get my money back. I ask for the money back and nothing happen. Now there phone changed or they are not answering my call.
This is just another SCAMMER.

They were able to help me to get over 80% of the money I stupidly sent to a forex company back. We went together through everything - my bank, credit card company, the Ombudsman. It was my only chance to get some sort of compensation because at first my bank told me that there is nothing to do here, I need to solve issues directly with the company

I truly believe that firms like this should be non-profit... After being scammed you actually need to part with more money to be able to sick some justice and there are no guarantees in place. It worked out for me, but the pricing is totally smth to consider. 4-stars.

Sometimes they are a bit slow, but all in all they deliver results... My situation was related to Ethereum I invested. I ended up obviously losing everything, but these guys were able to help at least a bit...

I found Scam Help online. From the moment I reached out to them, they were extremely helpful and compassionate. They understood that I was in a difficult and emotional situation and they did everything they could to make the process as easy as possible for me.

Despite the fact that I had made the mistake of mailing cheques to the fraudster, ScamHelp was still able to help me recover some portion of the funds. They worked tirelessly on my case and were able to successfully negotiate with the financial institutions to get my money back.

I was scammed on 2 different occasions (in 2020 for 3K USD and a 6 months ago for almost 20K). Both claim were lodged with scam help in January 2022. 2020 one turned to be unsuccessful, but they got 20K related to the 2022 scam back in full.
