I made the "Cuban Black Bean & Rice Soup" mix exactly as directed. Upon tasting the completed product I had to throw the entire batch down the drain. Too much (should have had none) paprika and possible negative effects from bell pepper. I have had great black bean soup in the past, this not a contender!

I have been ordering thru Savory Spice for about 3 years now. They have really good quality spices, great pre-mixed spices and they are a Colorado company, which is my home state. If you have to phone them, you get a very nice and knowledgeable human employee that will answer anything. Usually, I spend enough to aquire points and get loyalty rewards that make these awesome spices more affordable. I have never had a bad experience with them. Wait till you smell the difference in freshly dried herbs.

I have shopped at Savory Spice Shop online and at their retail store for about 10 years now. They are the best. Great product, amazing variety, excellent customer service. Our favorites are the fajita seasoning mix, red curry, mild chili powder, and cumin.
