Before they get your money, they respond to your email but after the payment it is a disaster. They lost my item that cost more than $500 and damage my 2 items that they refuse to replace. Please don't use this company. In the case you know where this warehouse is located please let us know because I want to take an action against them.

FYI - they keep changing their names due to negative reviews.

They stole our stuff - if anyone has any information of their warehouse please let me know - we are taking a legal action against them.

I got this place to move me from edmonton to toronto. They quoted $600 for the first 1000 pounds. Admittedly my stuff was over weight however the cost was over $2100. Their quote included packing however got charged additional packing when really all they did was wrap two tvs. Two large suitcases are missing and one box. They have placed no urgency on resolving this and are avoiding my attempts to contact them. Also most things arrived damaged and unuseable. My playstation has been taken apart, my kitchen things some broken, my coffee machine not working sound like something has come lose. My table got delivered no legs, all my clothes missing, my pots broken, my draws also have bits of wood broken off and they lost parts to my bed base. For being x4 times over charged and to lose $10k in things and have damage im disgusted with the lack of urgency or care taken by this company. The admitted to stealing this have out my personal detail. And made me lose everything u can see they only delivered less then half of my things

This company just steals your items and triples the price before they deliver your items. They hold your items hostage then only delivers half of it AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I moved from Brantford to Calgary and was given a decent quote of $675 for 500 to 700lbs. So I decided to hire them, received the quote and booked the move. First problem. The movers they hired from Toronto to pick up my items, walked through my house and immediately said it would be 3000lbs. What a crock! When I contacted Adam at the movers advising him of this and told him there was no way there was 3000lbs of stuff and I said I didn't want to be scammed, he got snarky and threatened to cancel my move and send those movers away. We had to leave for Calgary the next day so my hubby could start his new job the following Tuesday. We felt trapped and they new that as well! I had mostly boxes, small liquor store boxes so there were a 25 of those barely weighing anything as they don't hold much and other boxes from uhaul in different sizes. I did advise there were 2 wardrobe boxes that were a bit heavier but they were told. All my my big pieces and heavy furniture were all sold. There 5 small shelves, 1 kitchen table with 4 chairs, our king bed which is metal and was taken apart which weighs hardly anything. On the quote I said furniture would be wrapped with furniture pads, my items were carelessly thrown in the truck and piled up, Jenga style. I received. Call from the Alberta company yesterday stating that our items have arrived and when I asked how much the final bill was, she told me $2700 and that my items weighed 2600lbs. Not freaking possible! My boyfriend was a professional mover and said There was no way our items were 2600lbs! I will be contacting the BBB and I will take my items to a scale because my friend I a professional trucker and has access to them. I am pissed off and angry and unsure of how much of my stuff is broken as I haven't received my items yet as I don't have the money to pay $2700 as I wasn't expecting to pay that much. Was expecting maybe $1000-$1200 total but NOT $2700! Buyers beware with this company!
