Before they get your money, they respond to your email but after the payment it is a disaster. They lost my item that cost more than $500 and damage my 2 items that they refuse to replace. Please don't use this company. In the case you know where this warehouse is located please let us know because I want to take an action against them.

Tip for consumers:
Give you another weight after your shipped and force you to pay before getting your stuffs
