I was thrilled beyond belief when I saw the value you could give me on this item, ordered it, it was easily done, then shipping was fast, which was perfect. I liked it so much ordered extra plates for it for in the future. I could not be happier with my purchase. I saved the website and even took a screenshot of it in case as I forgot the proper name of the website. I am one very happy customer, I will be keeping my eyes open on this shop for future use. Found the item I wanted for the best price here. Quick delivery. The only thing I would improve, would be the ease of finding the $5 savings for first time customers. It took a lot of time to figure out how to have it apply to my purchase.
I have been looking for this specific candle, for a resonable price, for quite some time. Finding it on the Savedollarstores site at a great price was a "homerun"! The Tigard store on 99 was the most trashy $k store I have ever been in. And the staff was lazy and apathetic.
In Beaverton the staff was most courteous and helpful. I will avoid the
Tigard store and drive the extra 20 minutes to shop in
Beaverton any day!
I ordered something 8 days ago. I called Save Dollar Stores yesterday and asked them for tracking information. I was told my order was on hold with no available shipping or tracking info. The woman promised to email me by the end of yesterday with an update. I am still waiting for that update. Please ship my item ASAP and email me the tracking number. We have been eagerly awaiting this package since the day we ordered it. I regret trying out Save Dollar Stores.

All merchandise came in good condition but because of the type of transactions involved it takes a little longer to find out if your order was accepted or not. Once you receive an E-mail that a seller for your product was located and has accepted the deal, it will take a little more time for this seller to get things ready and tell you then when your order will be shipped and will give you your tracking number.
The prices quoted are reasonable but because of the fact that some sort of "middle man" is involved you will have to accept the fact that some extra time is needed before you get your order delivered.
So, this means you will have to be patient since you don't know from where and from how far things are being shipped, but I personally will check this site out again for future use. My order came in as expected in good condition, and there for have no further comments on return or other services.
Reading through the most recent reviews it is clear that SaveDollarStores is unable to accommodate their customers and is scamming people who buy their products. I, along with many others over the recent year, did not receive an order I placed over a month ago. I was told multiple times through their chat that someone was "looking into it and would get back to me in 48 hrs." Each time I did not get a response. I then left several voice messages for their tech support- none of which were responded to. So now, just like everybody else I have just spent money on a product that will never arrive. I think a class-action lawsuit is in order!

I needed to return an item because it was the wrong size. I followed directions on their website as well as on my invoice and even spoke with a live person who directed me to a website in order to obtain a return item code. No success for over a week, I finally sent the item back without a code. And, I still do not have a credit or any type of acknowledgement.

The prices are great. I didn't have to deal with customer service at all, as there were no problems with payments or the product.
I feel like they need a little bit more information of the packages when they in the process to get shipped and when they finally get shopped.
I placed an order at the end of August, and promptly returned the item per their policy. I received an email Sept. 10 that my refund will be coming in one day. Here we are, December 8th and no refund! SHAMEFUL!

Still waiting for order. Has to have a signature (!) mail carrier took it back to post office. Have to pay my nephew to pick it up. Extra expense. Only response from Dollar Stores was--just go to the post office and pick it up. If I knew ahead of time that they required a signature, I would have not bought my art supplies there.
One of the product pictures shows one of the side bars with an attached smaller bar to be used for tacking fabric. There isn't easy. Will have to make one myself. Other than that everything was fine and shipped quickly. Thank you
I went thru another company that ordered my item thru Save Dollar Stores. Then SDS emailed me that they were waiting for my order so I guess I ordered a second not knowing that this item had already been ordered for me. They made it almost impossible for me to return this item. Would never ever order from them again or give their name to anyone. You asked!
Price was great, shipping was fine. It would have been good to have some communication about the when the order shipped. Between payment confirmation and the product arriving, which was about 3 weeks, I had no idea if it had even shipped. Difficult to call too.
I do NOT recommend this vendor. I placed an order with them and gave them more than a month to ship it to me, which they never did. When I asked for a refund, they just ignored me. This company lies and is not trustworthy. Example: when I asked them to provide a tracking number for the shipment (3 weeks after I purchased the item), they sent me a tracking number, but the only information provided was that they printed a label and USPS was waiting on them to put the item in the mail. When I pointed this out to them, they continued to ask for more time. Unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!
Ordered two "36-Pack Sharpie Pens" through Google Shopping, received only two new bare pens. Google Shopping stated the advertisement was in error and full refund warranted. Returned items, but Save Dollar Store kept $5.50 because of "open package". Several other customers reporting exact same thing over the previous four years. Taking extensive work to get Google Shopping to step in and correct this and will probably have to file an AMEX complaint. Shopper BEWARE!
