My fiancé proposed without the ring and it was absolutely lovely so we waited for the ring to arrive and when it did, it was unfinished and not like other customer images, the front mounting was lovely but the sides were lumpy with random uneven holes. We contacted customer support and they were very unhelpful and didn't give us any solution if the ring was returned. We provided pictures with comparisons and they deleted any fair but low reviews.
