Sanrico is a well marketed product line with a shady distribution process. I placed an order on their website and paid with Paypal. The order was billed from eKomerco. That company has a very shady website. The customer service email returns an error. BE FOREWARNED. I was also billed another amount on a different date by eKomerco. I have no recollection of that purchase and can find NO documentation on their site, my email, or on the Paypal site.

I ordered some router bits on November 2023 and still have not received my order as of Jan. 8 2024. I have repeatedly contacted their customer service and been told to be patient because of the volume of parcel packages USPS is dealing with during the holiday season. Two months later I am still without my order. I contacted USPS and they assured me that no product using the tracking number I was given was mailed. TOTAL SCAM

The plans were lousy. Didn't give enough actual info but lots of worthless info and diagrams. Gives an idea but not enough specifics

I wrote up a review on their web site about the lousy service and wait time to get router bits...Took 27 days to get bits ( 18 days after project was done with Amazon purchase- 4 days delivery) No one answers the phone ( busy all the time and or the web site phone has been dis-connected)...Should have done some research prior to making order...Amazon bits were delivered in 4 days to get the job done and seem to be the same...

I paid for the router bits and they never came!
Send me my bits or my money.

Try ebay for great service or Amazon.I can't believe Sanrico service. I would rate it negatively.They remind me of large book with nothing written on the pages*"'. EKomerco claims ownership can't reach them either reverse phone says they are in CA. I was wondering if there's a way to plug up their system. I sent them 3 emails this am. They do answer with same form letter.

The only downloadable doc was the schematic of the box. There were no directions and basically impossible to do without instructions. For example, the tab is 1/4" and the rest of the wood measurements on the schematic is 1/4". Problem is the wood thickness is 3/4". That is when I requested my money back and never heard from them.

So it has been a month out since I ordered from this company so I thought I would check into them a little further as I still have not received anything. The address they give on their web page is in Newark NJ. However when you look up that address in Google maps, it is a Rutgers University 3 tier parking garage! And the telephone number they list on their website is from San Francisco. Their reviews on all the scammer websites are horrible. Bad customer service, and that's if you can reach them. Bad news all around. So do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere...buyer beware!

I ordered some low temp weld rods. They said they were in stock. It took a month to get them. After 2 weeks I asked where my product was. They responded it was on its way, but no date given. Took another 2 weeks. The product arrived wrapped in saran wrap with no labels, no instructions and no safety data sheets. Their website says it works on steel. I cleaned my steel thoroughly and attempted to use it. The product just balls up and rolls off the steel. No adhesion at all. These rods are aluminum and there is no way they can work on steel. I contacted sanrico about this and no response

VIDEO LOOKED GOOD. BOUGHT DISC, USED WITH ANGLE GRINDER, CUT ALUMINUM STOCK. BUT, ONLY GOT 1/2 WAY THROUGH. TEETH GROUND DOWN. LOUSY QUALITY. TRIED CALLING BUT PHONE # NOT VALID.
I FEEL RIPPED OFF! WHAT POOR QUALITY. AD WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

I purchased the Welding rods I couldnt weld anything, I have some previous experience. What was even more aggregating was the customer service. Three emails later still no response, they just respond with an automated email saying someone will get back to you tomorrow morning. Its been a week!

The positive reviews? Most likely all fake! China has companies that specialize on and get paid for posting good reviews to attract and boost sales! They are everywhere: AMAZON.COM is plagued by them!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE IN CHINA! If you want your money back, get your credit card company to get it back for you!

Omg. They advertise welding rods. I'm expecting SOMETHING like a welding rod to come in the mail. But got SOLDER RODS! Very small and Completely useless…unless soldering wire! Not welding metal together as advertised!

Ordered a tool was not delivered, the tracking number provided was invalid. Email address for Sanrico was undeliverable. Wish I could have rated at zero stars.
Would never order from them again.

I asked for the build plans. (By the way, purchase was August, 2021. We are now in March, 2022). I've asked nicely, begged, pleaded and was told the usual crap about how important I am… that the build plans were being worked on (I think they said they were rewriting book 1). They now won't answer emails. Won't refund my $ and haven't sent the plans.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Steer clear of these snake oil salesmen!

Ordered low Temperature soldering sticks. Order never arrived. Customer service send automated responses to me like …"you are very important…", "we are checking on the status of your order", "allow us to have a couple of days, we have to check what USPS says.". So, this store is a clear scam. Stay away!

I purchased the square drill bits, as well as the disc grinder and the sphere grinder, the only thing I've been able to get to actually use, is the sphere grinder. There are absolutely ZERO instructions with ANYTHING you purchase from them. I. e. What equipment do you need to use it with and how to attach it so it will actually work. The drill bits have a smooth base, so nothing to hold it in place with your drill, as soon as it comes into contact with any resistance such as soft wood, it simply stops spinning. Same with the disc grinder wheel. Nothing I've found thus far works to hold them tight enough that they perform in any way. Especially not like they're shown. Beware of this company, it's a total waste of your money. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Basically, you can send them an email, and will will get the same BS reply each time. Never getting an answer.

Well from reading other reviews I now know that I too have been scammed. Everyone should avoid making any purchase from this company. I recieved a substandard product and reached out for return/refund info. Got the auto reply email stating it was recieved and someone will contact me. Guess what hasn't happened. I have sent several email requesting return info and no response whatsoever.

So I filed a complaint with the FTC and will contact my bank to report a fraudulent charge.

Think twice about purchasing and then think again.

I ordered the fire splitter drill bit well before Christmas. The order was taking 3 weeks so I reached out to the company via email. They said the order was lost in transit and will send another one out, if the other one comes, keep it as a gift. That order never came and I didn't receive a tracking number.
I then emailed again Christmas night and said I never got the one they sent out again, so they said they were sending out a new one and the tracking number provided shows no move during transit. They will not refund me, they will not get back to me with anything other than saying your package was sent out and you will not be refunded.
So not only did I lose my money, but the person on Christmas who was supposed to get this as a gift never received their gift. Shame on this company. They take your money, don't give you your order and are a scam.
