Please do not order online fron this site. I ordered white silk kurta and pyjama from this site. I recieved it ontime. However the kurta is in green hue and pyjama white. After recieving kurta, i immediately raced the situation. I told them the product is in two different colors thats why its of no use to me. I asked them to change the Kurta. Its been almost three weeks, no one has said anything. One they reply in just one line that we are checking from production and will let you know. No communication has been done after that.

Please do not buy from thIs site... you will loose the money as well as peace of mind.

Nice online selection of styles. I was excited about wearing a very unique sherwani jacket to an upcoming event. Knowing there was time involved with production, I purposely put my order in a month before I needed. Samyakk confirmed my order (auto-response) the moment I submitted the purchase. After 11 days of no further communication, I reached out to their customer service department asking for a status update. They responded the next day saying 'the order is in process'. After not hearing anything for 12 more days, I sent another note asking for an update to which I received a response that they've tried to reach me on Whatsapp but no response - my question to them was 'how was I to know that someone would be trying to contact me on Whatsapp?" No real response to I had to cancel the order. I'm hoping that I get my money back. It seems their production folks don't communicate with their customer service folks. Nice styles but poor execution in managing customer expectations through the manufacturing process. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them via online. I expect store purchase to be a completely different experience.

I purchased a Anarkali/Salwar suit recently after immensely liking it on the website. It came delivered in lightening speed. I am super impressed by that. I wish I could say the same about the customization of the Anarkali of the two piece. I can give the benefit of doubt that I might not have given the exact correct measurements, so the fitting/alteration of the beautiful product is not perfect. I will need to get it fitted more. Sadly pads in the bodice are floating. The material and colors of three pieces were just as in the picture. Dupatta is just beautiful.
The other good point of the website is they are maintaining a good user friendly website interface. Compared to many other online Indian websites, this is gold standard.
Thanks added to that equal, if not but more, attention needs to be given to the tailoring/alteration department, for the sake of the online buyers.
Moreso, when Samyakk wants a global presence.
Well, in general Indian businesses needs to upgrade their business ethics to come at par with International standards.
I am feeling so sorry for the negative experience of some of the trusting buyers after reading their sad experience.
They should not have to go through it when they are paying whatever is asked of them over the website. Money is not everything. Self Discipline and a good conscience goes a longer way. Try.
I did not read any reviews before buying. I was impressed by the product pics and on site and prompt communications by kind staff. Thanks for that.
I hope I have created a good association with the first impression. But will be extra cautious and proactive next time.

This is a typical company who is quick to take your money with no regard for their reputation. I ordered a sherwani and a Jodhpuri suit (which in American terms implies trousers included). The merchandise arrived about 15 days after we confirmed measurements with their tailor. The sherwani arrived with the lining of the sleeve so twisted, it was impossible to get an arm through it. The other suit arrived with material for trousers rather than trousers. When I contacted Samyakk, their tailor confirmed the trouser measurements with me and promised to ship the pants. Six weeks later they say they shipped the trousers, but after asking for a tracking number, they have fallen silent. I took the sherwani to a local tailor and for $20 have a wearable item. But no thanks to Samyakk. I am now working with my credit card company to dispute the charge for the suit, since it is unwearable without the trousers. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO BE PROPERLY EXECUTED! Especially if you are counting on them for something important like a wedding, simply go elsewhere if you want quality and honesty. I will not do business with them again.

Disgusted with the service. Had gone shopping for a bridal lehenga and since I couldn't find the colour I wanted, they promised to get a lehenga made of the colour I wanted, took my measurements and even took advance payment and confirmed that they had the fabric. They later call me up to inform that they don't have the required color fabric, hence cancelled my order! I had to go all the way back and collect my refund. And they were not even apologetic about it! Thank you for wasting an entire day and not even getting me a bridal lehenga! You might have great collections but you could work a lot more on your service and commitments! Please do your background checks before taking up any order. These are basics of salesmanship and you should know better that we are all not jobless to keep roaming around your store according to your whims and fancies!

Bought a couple of outfits from this store, just love them. Their collections are too good with best pricing. Always looked for a similar store in Bangalore, I am glad that I found this place and now this has became my most preferred store for trendy and great quality designer stuffs. Also their customer service is pretty impressive.
I definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for some stunning ethnic collections.

Totally fraud! Placed an order more than a month ago. They kept saying shipping delayed due to Diwali season order volume, then the story changed to "under fall pico stitching". Final story version was that apologies for the long wait, sorry saree not available! And they will initiate a refund only after we take action! Do yourself a favor by staying away from this site.

Update (Dec 20): After two months of ordering, as they said the saree is not available any more (read above) and asked us to order another one, we chose another one. We asked for a discount for the inconvenience but they FLATLY REFUSED! We ordered regardless and we were told the saree would arrive in another 4-5 days and again it didn't. Then they started playing the same game again... first they said the shipment is running late and then they said "Sorry Mam, the saree is not coming" as it's not available any more! And guess what, now they have the foolish boldness to ask us to choose another saree! You get their business model?

I order one salwar suit Item # SL7336. In the picture, the dupatta is has a nice gold embroidered border and the one I got has a gota patti that looks very cheap. When I wrote them about the discrepancy they responded with following explanation.

We have checked with our production team and they have made your garments from scratch in which they have tried to make it as similar as. Even, If we provide you another dupatta, we can't ensure you same dupatta with border.

Regarding bottoms, it's same as in website due to flash light it looking more bright in the website picture.

This was my second order with an online Indian clothing store & again I was quite nervous about what could go wrong. Again I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a lehenga choli similar to a Gajiwara design, which unfortunately I wasn't able to find a clearly original version for sale. Unlike a few other online shops I checked, Samyakk doesn't show you the designer photos then send you a poor quality copy. Instead, on their site they show you exactly what you are buying.

Samyakk does offer blouse stitching service, but I prefer to have lehenga skirt altered & choli blouse made by a local tailor so the fit will be right. I sew so I know how difficult it can be to get the fit right even when given correct body measurements.

I ordered on a Friday (London time) & package arrived the following Tuesday via DHL. All in all it took less than a week from India to UK. If you requested stitching service it'll take longer. Presumably how long will depend on how busy it gets - there may be a queue in addition to time required for stitching. So plan ahead!

I was also expecting to have to pay import taxes, but I wasn't charged any for my total purchase of just over £100.

Again, the blouse is unstitched fabric. The lehenga is partly stitched - ie one seam left open so your tailor can sew this up to fit you. The skirt is more hefty than the Nakkashi ones I bought elsewhere. It has extra padding & a net layer at the bottom to puff out the skirt. The stitching on the lehenga & dupattaI are pretty good. There are still some loose threads that needs to be trimmed - this is delicate fabrics that's easily snagged after all. The latkan on the lehenga is also quite pretty. All this for quite an affordable price, so I think it's good value for money.

I would definitely order from Samyakk again if I find another outfit I like.
