I love the products that I have received from sample source. There have been a couple that didn't work for us. But the other ones that I have received have been wonderful. It's nice to be able to try something out first before buying it in a regular size and finding out you don't like it or it doesn't work for you!

Who doesn't love free? The survey was quick, and I received several great items that accurately reflected my survey answers. I found many products that I will definitely be buying for my family from now on! I love this site.

Sample source gives out great samples to consumers to try out. Whether it's for family or pets the samples are free. I have bought a lot of the sample products since it was sent to me.

Sample source is a wonderful site to sign up for, I get around four to six products a year to try out and review from them. Review process is super simple and it's worth the two minutes it takes to do the review because it keeps you getting more products to try.

I have been a member of Sample Source for almost 6 years! My whole family LOVES it! We have found a lot of new products that we have never heard of before and now they are things we buy all the tinme.

Every time we get a new item in the mail my whole family is excited to test it out! Sometimes the products are better than what we are already buying which is why we love the samples so much!

It is a great way to try new itesm, and it is absolutely free!

I am relatively new to Sample Source. I created a new account because I was not able to gain access to my previous one (only have 2 emails I use but they say I have 4+ accounts on their site which I was not aware of) to get the fall sample kit. I was told it was approved and waiting shipping, but now am told nothing more. I emailed 3 times, and accidentally emailed in the middle of the night (thanks to mommy brain lol) and the reply I got via email was terrible. The person responding was very "I am above you" in saying that I emailed in the middle of the night and again the next day, but they are not going to respond in the middle of the night(insinuating that I expected an email back right away lol). I emailed the night before because I replied to the first response and got not one reply back then again about a week later I sent off another just for some confirmation on things, again - no reply. So when I sent off 2 in a row they responded with a very rude tone and I simply think any company should retrain their CS reps if they respond this way. The person may very well be busy and not have meant how it sounded, but instead of just saying "sorry we are very slow to respond, we are quite busy." Then just answer my questions and say "better luck next time". The company and its samples may very well be wonderful, but this review reflects on the terrible customer service. I also want to add, they say you cannot sign up for multiple sample boxes, nothing about multiple emails and just any extra orders would be cancelled not all. I ordered just 1 sample box with 1 email (thinking I had 2 accounts and 1 unusable) and they cancelled my subscription over it, so be aware if you have 1+ emails registered and are forgetful like me. Pass along with word so others don't lose out unknowingly!

Looks like their success has overwhelmed them, only inviting some users now, total crap shoot even though I've been participating for years

I love having the opportunity to try, and rate products before I purchase them and in this case my dogs also appreciated it, They really enjoyed trying this food, unfortunately with 4 dogs and one being a 100 lbs bloodhound it's not a practical choice for me, easier to feed them the same brand and type. But I will purchase it as a treat for special occasions

I love Sample Source it is my favourite sample box! I have been getting their boxes the past 2 years just by signing up and answering question's when their samples go live! I love all the different samples you are able to try based on your interests and likes! I also love that their question's go live 2 times a year in Spring and Fall so you have a couple chances at getting their sample boxes and trying out new products! I definitely would recommend Sample Source to anyone and I definitely will be trying to get their sample box when their questions go live again!

You get samples of things you might want to try. Gives you the opportunity to try something new for free so you don't have to buy it if you don't like it.

I have been receiving samples to try from Sample Source for years now. It is a great resource for trying before you buy products you are interested in. I look forward to the emails every season.

Sample source sends out samples of a different variety, with those samples are some coupons that other places just can't beat.

I was innocently chating with people online, just asking a few questions about the new process and had no idea only a few people were invited to samples. I got a message from SampleSource on Instagram's private message telling me to slow down and that's 6 postings in 10 minutes. I apologized. Even though the sample source reps messages seemed rude no hello there just my name! The way you would scold a young child. Then i asked if they had any extra samples left that they could send me. Key word EXTRA. The samplesource rep was so mean I was actually shocked that i didn't respond back as it looks to me she was trying to scold, bully me and make me feel bad for just asking an innocent question. "Sonia, seriously " is not the way you speak to someone in a professional manner. I am a nice person that's very friendly to others. But to speak down to me like I am less than you instead of saying "thank you for asking but unfortunately we do not" would've been a better answer. I felt disgusted by the response as I did nothing wrong and made to feel bad like as if i stole from others for asking just innocently if they had extra. Sample source please watch how you speak to others and be respectful of everyone regardless.

I've been receiving samples from this company for several years now and love them! They have sent me many samples to try and it is a wide variety, a really nice assortment of products!
