Live Chat with Rhea was efficient, clear and easily understood... that's the way to Success!
Unlike other sites, SaleHoo does not advertise for any supplier's products, in which, I understood that should a product is genuine in its offers of benefits and returns, surely with mouth to mouth advertisement is more effective towards making a buisness more successful than ever. Thanks
Some products have low margins or are available for the same price as Salehoo's wholesale' price on sites like eBay or Ali Express. Has a lot of big brands, but not as many niche products
I just discovered Sale Hoo and I had a few questions that were all answered very well.! I am new to online selling and wanted to find an easy way in and to get my feet wet and now they're soaked :)
Requested a refund - this was processed straight away - very impressed with the service and prompt attantion to my request. Well done!
Suporte bom, tinha algumas dúvidas e ao contatar o suporte, recebi a ajuda e pude solucionar o problema. Muito bom.
Answer: Hello Hard, Let me give you a quick run down:) SaleHoo works by allowing you to find trusted and verified suppliers of any product you want to sell on any channel (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, offline or even your local auction site). If you aren't sure what products to sell I strongly suggest you have a read of this guide: https://www.salehoo.com/dropship/deciding-what-to-sell (It's designed for finding products for dropshipping but the same guidelines apply to wholesale selling). Once you've got a few (perhaps five or six) ideas of products you want to sell, it's time to start researching suppliers. For this, the best way is to jump straight into the directory (need to join for access) and perform a search; use the filter options on the left if need be. Once you have found some suppliers who fit your needs, send them an email using the templates we provide (but tweak them to suit your situation, of course!), introducing yourself and explaining what you're after. One small tip: if you buy 20+ units at a time, you should be able to negotiate a better deal with most suppliers. It's also a good idea to contact more than one supplier before you start buying to compare prices (we suggest contacting four or five). Have a read of this for more tips on finding suppliers and some key questions to ask them: https://www.salehoo.com/dropship/finding-suppliers After you have listed your products and start making sales, you receive payments directly from your customers. The method of payment will depend on how you set it up on your online selling platform (PayPal, credit cards etc.). If you're dropshipping, then once you make a sale, you use the money paid by your customer to order from your dropship supplier. Once an order has been made, your dropship supplier will package and send the items directly to your customer. In other scenarios, if you purchase goods wholesale, your supplier will deliver your orders to you to sell, package and ship. As soon as you make a sale, you can deliver the goods directly to your customers. Does that make sense? I also recommend you read the following if you have the time, they are pretty light and easy to follow: * Beginner's guide to starting out with dropshipping: https://www.salehoo.com/dropship * Finding places to sell your products online: https://www.salehoo.com/blog/sick-of-ebay-try-these-alternative-places-to-sell * The ultimate list of dropshippers for all product ideas: https://www.salehoo.com/blog/the-ultimate-dropshipper-list You can join here if you decide to try us out: https://www.salehoo.com/join-now Happy Holidays!
