If this site is doing what I think its doing then that isn't at all cool. It means you will be paying money for someone that is no longer there any more and you can use what they are selling to scam others out of their bucks by setting up your own site with a lot of fakes. Fake profiles are for fake people a. K. a. Scammers!
Would you like to know, what else can happen to your online dating profile? Not only they spam you (they say they don't, but prove if you can), they sell it as well to 1000s of other dating sites!
So beware, before you go on a signing rampage :)
I've bought a package of USA profiles.
The package contains a lot of fake photos (like pornostars, singers, duplications...) and many old (very very old) photos.
Abominable.
Don't waste your time with this organization. Dishonest.
