I have been a long term buyer from the saftey girl site. I'm so happy I found this site after struggling to find Steel toe boots in my size.
The only thing I am worried about is if getting wide is going to be too wide. I was not given any other option.
I purchased a pair of shoes and they shipped out faster than expected. They arrived days before anticipated. Unfortunately, they were too big and I called customer service. Their customer service was excellent! I was not put on hold at all and I did not have my sales order number. They were able to immediately find my order and assist in my return and replacement. My replacement was not in stock, but they notified me later that day they were able to find the replacement and ship out immediately. I cannot express enough the excellent service I received.
