I have ordered from Discount Safety a couple of times and it was always a seemless transaction, shipping and receipt of my items in about 1 week. This time was different. Buying the items is still seemless but it took about 4 weeks to get all of my items. The communication was poor and I had to keep reaching out to customer service via chat to find out about my order. I called and on 3 occasions it went to voicemail. Just as I was about to request a refund the last box of my items arrived.
We are having a Synergy Summit in December. We wanted to order everyone some custom safety glasses to wear on the tour of the plant. We got our glasses very quickly and they look great. I think everyone will like them.
The gloves I bought were on sale but they broke easily. Was a shame because I bought a lot of them and they seem unusable.

I found these boots on their website. I wanted to make sure they were in stock, because another website I tried to order these boots from showed that were in stock and they weren't. I called their customer service and I actually got a real person! She said to me that they were in stock and then she offered to place the order for me. Real customer service! I received the boots and I am enjoying them!

I had to buy a larger size because everything else was discontinued. I was hoping I could shrink it up a bit but obviously it's pre shrunk because it didn't shrink at all, So my husband has a shirt that swallows him

Quality product for the price. I learned that you have to watch prices day today. I had ordered 27 boxes of gloves at a wonderful price. Two days before they were delivered. The price went down a dollar. I really can't complain because I found a coupon online the total order and saved a significant amount of money.
