Don't go near them. Part of Anglian Group and Everest Group and very quick to take a deposit. 7 days to cancel if you decide not to use them. It then takes 10-28 days to process cancellation and then 3-5 days following that to refund your deposit. On top of this even though cancelled, they continue to send you endless emails trying to get you to sign the full agreement

Just had my second door fitted and yet again it's damaged. Emailed the person I was in contact with and was told if not visible from 3 metres then nothing safestyle can do. In other words we have your money now go away and stop being a nuisance.
We saved a long time for this door and chose a reputable company. It's so upsetting. We chose safestyle over every other window company. What a mistake!

Took trimmings of windows today to see this how do there fitters thing this is acceptable windows only held in with 2 screws big holes got young grandchildren how do there sleep at night keep away from these cowboys windows are way to small what a joke
Avoid at all costs. Everything done by them needed fixing. And now they have gone out of business you can not get anything fixed as the warranty is useless. They just tell you to speak to your bank. Fitted May'23. Still an issue jan'24!

I raised an issue with the door seals on both doors you installed (regrettably) for us. The issue was reported in April 2023 (7 months) and you keep pushing the repair date to another date. I've already wasted 3 days of my holiday waiting like an idiot for an engineer who never showed up! But again, someone was supposed to come tomorrow to sort it out. However, I just received a call that it will be changed again to 3/11? What the hell is this? Are you taking the pi**? How long does it take to replace seals in 2 doors? People stay away from these scammers
Product installed 4 years ago. For 4 years I've had wind and rain blasting in under the door.
6 weeks ago plaster fell off the front room wall where alo g the whole length of the bay window is a 2cm gap filled with Inadequate foam. Took the. 16 months to replace a back door hinge so I could use the door. Been let down on 8 visits.
I had my door installed 2 weeks ago and have been left with a massive gap between the brick work of my home and the door frame, which I only found out once I booked a FENSA inspection. I called head office same day and was told someone would come out the next day to fix the issue, but then got a call saying that the engineer doesn't cover the area and no one would be available for at least another week and half. Completely unacceptable and now I'm left with an unstable door for I don't know how long for. It's a common theme that Safestyle offers an appointment/ delivery/ installation date to then just call back within minutes and suddenly change the agreed date.
One star is generous. Composite door doesn't match the frame colour. Have waited around 6 months and have taken days of work on 4 occasions for a new door to be fitted, but they never turn up and each time they blame it on lack of parts or 'it's the factories fault'. I was also mis-sold the fire escape windows.
Complaints procedure doesn't exist, they tell you a complaint is logged, but you never hear anything about it. And if you ask to speak to a department, they say they can't put you through but they'll call back, and you never hear back from them.
I bought from Safestyle because I was led to believe I wouldn't have to deal with these issues. Damn I was wrong. I will never buy from this circus of a company again and will always encourage anyone to buy anywhere but here.
It has taken over 8 months for this completely incompetent company to fit my front door. They got my order wrong three times and had to refit the door 3 times, the sub-contracters they sent were not professional and rude and when I complained they had the nerve to ask me to give the details of their own agents. Buyers beware stay away fromt this comapny unless you want a headache. They are the worst. They couldnt even get the right door handle and even after fitting it was loose as in the pictures. When I called the fitting agent on the second time round he told me to 'piss off' when I enquired as to why he delaying the fitting. Its been a long road and even involved the creditors. I would give them a zero if I could. I think for me the worst part was their arrogance and hesitancy to own up to their mistakes and downright rudeness.
Just signed a contract at the begging of February for a front door. Worst decision ever! They are lying their custormers trying to minimise the time of the presses but that's a lie. I've been told by Steve (the guy coming to offer the quote) that my survey will be in around 10days after signing, now 1 month later they called to booked the survey in another month time (2 months after the contract just for survey) … not to say that after the survey will need to wait another 8 to 16 weeks for the door to be fitted. Disappointing! Not trusting them anymore. Will update when next steps will be done..
Had a new front door fitted with safestyle. Wasn't happy with the door as there was chips on the edge of the door. Asked for the door to be repaired or replaced but took them a longer to come to do the repair. Lost £200 pounds for a deposit for Windows to be replaced. Warning stay clear.
Never again will I use safestyle the work is disgusting window leaks just gets patched up every time front door won't open twice this has happened quick enough to take your money but not to fix the rubbish work they have DONE
Unprofessional greedy sales agents, company is absolutely untrustworthy.
Summary: 1. When you demand instant payment from a customer you ought to give refunds instantly when order cancelled by you; 2. I should not make calls to request my money back, it was your fault; 3. You asked inappropriate questions which pose a security risk, you should be investigated by police.
Details: Came to my house, when I expressed interest sold me a door promising a number of features. Demanded deposit to be paid on the spot, which I did. When they came to take the measurements it turned out that they are unable to supply and install what I was sold. Promised an automatic refund within 3-4 days. A week has passed, no money. I had to call them, they said I have to wait few more days while they are processing the report and then give my bank details to someone who would call me. All that after asking questions if I live in my house alone and what I think of CCTV cameras. *******.
It has been 8 months since we had our windows and doors installed and Safestyle have visited many times. However they seem unable to fix the beading around 3 of our windows because they either get the colour or the beading type wrong. I have no faith they will ever be fixed. We will never use safestyle again. I hope this review prevents somebody else facing stress.
We called safe style to get a quote for a new door. The quote was way too much not even anywhere near the amount I was expecting. They were here 45 minutes and in my opinion it felt a hard sell. We kept saying oh we'll think about it etc and he kept talking. Even when he said about paying we said we'd think about it. Finally he got the hint but it has definitely put me off ever having my door replaced. Didn't like the hard sell, the fact they were extremely sexist! And the ploy of this is the price, with discount it'll be this then they make a 'phone call' - no one was on the phone to him he was clearly making it up! Then suddenly it the price had come down!. Must have think we were born yesterday. Absolutely never again was relieved when he left. And this was in my lunch break which made it worse!
Replied to a listing on facebook re grant for new windows if yours are over so many years old. Turned out to be Safe Style windows made an appointment for Saturday. Saturday morning they phoned to confirm I said ok but my wife is travelling back from friends and may not be here but I know what colour we want and style also what handles. The arrogant git on the over end of the phone started talking over me and said if we both can't be there he cancelling the appointment. Whilst still trying to establish whay a 60 plus year old man can't shop on his own he said good bye and put the phone down. A little while after my wife phoned to say she was making good time and would be home soon. Your loss we are looking to buy but not from Dave Seaman and his crew
So bloody angry! So just over a year ago we forked out a lot of money to have all the doors and windows replaced in the house. Since installation we have had nothing but trouble with ALL of the doors they installed and after numerous engineer visits they finally listened to what we had originally said and that the patio doors needed to be replaced as both doors are different sizes! They new doors were due to be installed back in June, then July, then august and then today but for the fourth time they have cancelled! All four times they have left it until the morning of the install to inform us that for whatever excuse they can come up with at the time that they cannot attend. Each time we have made ourselves available and had to arrange care for the dogs to keep them out of the way. I advise anyone to avoid SAFESTYLE AT ALL COSTS! Bunch of cowboys…. This isn't over and we will now be seeking legal advise as you have left us no other choice as we are not prepared to go through another winter with the house being colder then outside due to your shoddy products and lack of customer care… #SafeStyle

I'm actually unsure where to begin but this company is absolutely awful, from the moment someone came over to give us a quote on all windows and doors and trying to trick us into verifying an email which would of had us agree a a contract with them to go ahead with the sale, which we queried as we hadn't agreed to anything at this point, to the salesman telling us he isn't here for a 'quote' his hear for the 'business' we explained we needed a quote first like any normal person would but he was very pushy and began to be very rude in his mannerism, previous to this we asked a couple of questions about the different locks he had shown us to which he said 'read the book' & didn't help any further, once he left both my partner and i were pretty gobsmacked, the next day we were called back by the manager who was also rude when we declined the quoted offer, and hung up, we have since had calls from various people from the company who then also change their attitude when you say No Thank you, we explained to one person the bad experience we had and he also had a bad attitude, there customer service is absolutely shocking, yet they still continue to ring on a weekly basis, and like to hang up on you when u explain your no longer interested This company doesn't like being told no, trying to trick us into the sale was also a big red flag along with the rudeness so anyone considering using these please beware.
They changed 3 of our windows in hope to overcome draft and safe energy. They made it worth. Twice they came and changed, no different. It is just waste of money. Poor quality materials. I am planning to use another firm to put 3rd glaze.
