I bought myself this guasha for christmas during their holiday sale and it was really worth it for the price I got it for! I've always wanted one but felt like the price was a bit over my budget. The stainless steel material is great and this one would for sure last a while. Its a bit heavy for travel but love that it comes with a little pouch!

Definitely recommend if you can get it at a discount (check amazon :)

I ordered their pack of 3 lipliners on 06/27. It's listed as 3-5 business days for shipping. They sent me a tracking number right away but the thing is, the package doesn't move at all. I contacted them 07/05 & they responded 07/06 but they don't know where the package is and was going to contact their shipping partner & no response from their customer support team ever since. I opened a PayPal case on 07/07 & they responded to it 07/11 asking if they could ship it. I agreed to a shipment and now, no more responses and no new tracking number. It is 07/14 and I didn't receive the product, a refund, nor a reshipment. Just buy the product on Ulta. Their service is awful.
