What is the Sabai Protocol?
The Sabai Protocol is a solution for tokenizing Real World Assets (RWA) and Virtual Assets (VA) with its own set of proprietary smart contracts that have undergone a Certik audit.

Initially developed for Villa Carte Holdings, the parent company operating in the real estate sector in Phuket for over 12 years, including development.

The Sabai Protocol was meant to serve as an internal technology within the holding company, enabling the listing of its real estate on the digital asset market and thereby attracting an additional segment of potential investors.

During the development of the Sabai Protocol, it became clear that we had created a versatile tool suitable for tokenizing virtually any category of assets. Therefore, the project team decided to spin it off into a separate product and introduce it to the B2B market.

Two fully functional demo products were developed to test the technology. The first one, Sabai Property, is a platform for investing in tokenized real estate. The second, Sabai World is a city-building game centered around managing a resort business with integrated Play-and-Earn mechanics. It has successfully entered the beta testing stage and has shown excellent metrics.

Both products have been successful and showcased the full benefits of utilizing the Sabai Protocol for developers, game studios, and IT startups. We're already fielding inquiries from representatives across various sectors: investment funds, manufacturing, green energy, and so on.
What Makes Sabai Protocol Unique?
Originally, the Sabai Protocol was conceived as an internal tool for our parent real estate business. However, as development progressed, we created a fully-fledged standalone product suitable for tokenizing virtually any asset. Therefore, the team decided to introduce the Sabai Protocol to the B2B market in two formats:

Tokenization & Listing is a solution for the tokenization of RWA and VA, followed by their listing within the Sabai ecosystem, which boasts a sizable community of loyal investors.

White Label is a modular, off-the-shelf solution for tokenizing RWA and VA. It can be seamlessly integrated into a client's business to construct their own trading platform, complete with a variety of custom add-ons and tools.

B2B clients receive expert consulting on all technical aspects of tokenization, and our team of lawyers will handle any legal issues. Additionally, purchasers of White Label solutions receive a ready-made marketing strategy and proven tools for attracting investors. Moreover, Sabai Academy offers a special intensive training and immersion program for client teams focusing on working with the Sabai Protocol.
Sabai Token
The Sabai Ecoverse Token is an essential component of the Sabai Protocol ecosystem, crafted to enable smooth user interaction with all project products.

The token is integrated into all products of the ecosystem and B2B solutions. Sabai Ecoverse Token is used to pay transaction fees within the Sabai Protocol, for collective asset purchases, acquiring White Label plug-in modules, and in incentive programs like Learn-and-Earn and Play-and-Earn.

Furthermore, holders of Sabai Ecoverse Tokens have access to investment tools such as fixed-rate staking at 5% yield over 100 days and tokenized real estate pools. Liquidity staking will also be incorporated in the near future.
