I sign up 19 of May on Russian Cupid site and 21 of May I was deactivated. I wrote manager to ask what happen and they asked my passport, I sent them my passport and know what they reply?

They ask for passport and it mean nothing, I am real person and now I get why many people say that all on Cupid site is fake, because they don't care what people think about them and what they write about them, they don't care you are real or fake. I think now that they create fakes themselves and deactivate real people to they don't waist to scam people by their fakes profiles. If it is not like that why so easy they deactivate real woman who even risked to add her passport?
Looks like Cupid don't need real members. How can I know now if my photos and my passport site will not use to create another fake on their site?

I subscribed for 3 month as a platinium member. At the end of my membership, it got auto-renewed against my will. BE MINDFUL, their is an option that is automatically set on to auto-renew your contract, you have to uncheck it or it will cost you money!
I contacted them many times, they argued that it was "clearly mentioned" in the terms of use and in the receipt and refused to refund...
It is indeed written in the terms of use among tones of BS, but it was not made clear to me, that is not true, I was not aware of it!
BE VERY CAREFUL with them, you might have a very bad surprise if you subscribe for a year and do not wish to renew.
I found other websites where you can get a refund and you are treated in a more honest way.
In addition it is full of scammers, I recommend you keep searching, it is not difficult to find other websites.

This site makes me more irritated than Ivan Drago in Rocky IV. I hate it when sites use fake files to send you fake notifications. Its just insulting to my intelligence. You want me to believe 10 women have messaged me bofore I even uploaded a photo? I wasnt born yesterday, comrades. Giving you 1 star for being annoying. The worst part about these bots sending you fake messages is that once you join the site its a sharp contrast, no one is messaging you, its a ghost town. Sites like this just want your money in the short term. They dont actually want to provide a service but just get by o suckers joining for a month or 2 then cancelling. This site is a scam from some deprate Russians trying to make a quick buck. Thumbs down. No wayski, Russki.

I started communicate on this site in january of 2018. Since then i met too many men, probably i was talking with about 100 people or more. I can say, maybe 1% could match exactly for me, but for different reasons it didn't happen. I met even one mentally sick man with narcissistic destroyed personality, unfortunately we can't be secure from different rubbish on the dating site. And yes, some men were nice, some men were not (rarely). Some of them just didn't match with my let's say list of qualities. But it DOESN"T MEAN that all people are fake there or garbage. Understand this, you will get whatever you beleive in.
Finally after a few months of very hard work, when i already totally felt tired and sick from all this crap i met MY PERSON, my soulmate. He found me.
So, dear men, don't be scared to write directly to lady, don't just send her 'like' and wait. I nearly missed my loved Man! If i didn't liked his profile in answer (i never did it before, i was getting thousands likes!), he would not write me! I feel terrified even from the thought that we could not meet because of this stupid mistake.
My Man came to meet me in Russia after a few weeks communicating through whatsapp, skype, endless video and audio calls. Since he met me, he just never let me go.

Russian Cupid is horrible. Of 14 profiles I communicated with every one was a fake. I don't know if it is employees of the site but total time waste.

I registered last Month on this site and was inundated by Women from not only Russia, but other Baltic and Eastern European Countries. First off they will ask you to communicate with them off the site via Skype as this means the site admin cannot keep tabs on what you and her say to each other. Very soon after making contact these women will want to meet you. And usually it will be in a Hotel of their choice which you will be expected to pay for, secondly as the day of your prospective meeting draws near they will say that they can't afford the Rail or Air fare and could you pay for it?... some of them are more brazen and simply ask you to pay for the whole shebang. One scammer from Romania asked me outright for 800 Euros for the privilege of us meeting up. Many of them profess undying love for you. Just check the activity in their profile and you will see that they have a lot of love to spread around. Again all via Skype... I expect there are a few genuine women on here, but they are few and far between. Good Luck with this Site but as soon as any woman on this site asks for Money just Block them on Skype and the Main Site. And keep the Money requests and report them to Site admin.

There are fake profiles but also plenty of real ones. I'm guessing a lot of those having issues are reaching for women that are difficult to attain for the average person. The only profile that respond to them are most likely the fakes and the rest are not interested. As a successful 26 year old business man from America I have had no problems finding and talking to girls in the 20-24 year old range. I video chat almost daily with one Ukrainian woman 19, and one russian woman late 20's. Neither have ever asked for money or gifts and are only genuinely interested in getting to know me and venturing out of their home country. I plan on visiting Ukraine in a few weeks to meet the one I've been speaking to most. I have recieved tons of spam messages and likes but the fakes are easy to weed out. Even a quick glance at the profile is usually a dead give away, avoid the ones with short empty profiles and go after the genuine ones. Ask to video chat soon as it makes sense and never send any money to anyone. This is the cheapest and most real site I've come across.

Of late with conversing with several woman, i find now i have 5 as i found out on a Russian site that investigates fakes.
Just today i thought of as much receiving 2 emails that are supposed to be separate woman,
And also have been sent to me video clip of saying hello to me and this one is with 11 year old daughter, we have been conversing for months and sending photos. And the other single and has shown me a cardboard with my name written on it as i talked to her about fakes. I couldnt believe it, i wander if i should confront them each with this shot of email to see there responses if any. I have sent them money a small amount as a gift. Now seem these 2 are the same individuals.or are they using an interpeter service that writes like this for them as i have had one that was really genuine and got an email that she couldnt afford to get her message translated as she had no more money to pay for her translations. So i feared the worst for her as she told me that jobs are low paying and they can kick you out anytime if business isnt going well, she lost her admin job in the fitness centre and was doing some odd jobs and if lost job would be out in the street. I tried to ring her and couldnt get in touch with her even by phone.so this is what goes on an never ending cycle of?

Spent 6 months talking to 4 separate women for a long time before deciding to visit one of them. All 4 at one time or another asked me to help them with a small amount of money or said they wanted to visit me first but i needed to send them money for bus ride to airport etc... come to find out all 4 were fakes and wasted so much of my time and writing to me on skype/letters that went into detail about my life and theirs. I looked online first to see if the site was a scam and i didnt see anything but i am finding that maybe the site is not a scam but the majority of women on it that pretend to want to know you are more than fake when it comes down to actually meeting.
Never send a dime, dont let them try and make you feel bad about not believing them that's their game, and even though they talk to you for a long time and tell you personal information they can still turn out to be fakes. On Skype i saw 3 of them but that was to build their credibility so they could try and get money from me.

I've been on-and-off the site since 2012. Upon joining, I met a cool girl and we became friends. I've been on the site for quite sometime, because of work related reasons I left and when time allows me I come back., I found very honest women here but found craziest women you can think of, I found women trying to scam me like someone named Maria Polyanina (scammer) hitting me for documents and travel money, but it seems the site got her and closed her account, some scammers have paid subscriptions and seem to be legitimate but be aware... I met a Russian woman ( who by the way is surgeon) and very rich, she came to the USA and offered me all kind of money but her understanding of America was from movies and magazines, I was not interested in getting married overnight and she grew very angry and one day found my passport and other documents and using a marker ruined all of them, this woman was CRAZY... could not understand I did not care for her cash i many of my talks got lost in translation... today she married another American man who soon started to waste her money and abuse her(sorry) we remain friends... in conclusion I wish the site was more flexible with membership and stop sending computers generated interest messages as they frequently do causing to be blocked by women that did not message you and have no interest in you either... finally... uummm... I like the site but with plenty of caution
