THERE is NO customer service NO network whatsoever and on top of that they hang up on you whenever you raise an issue with them. No wonder they're going down, its because of the few rotten apples. They even have fraudsters within the company who steal your number and airtime. Please make people aware that this is the worst betting site ever. DO NOT waste your money on this, you will not even get help from online customer agents or social media. Even matches are wrongly updated and whenever you want to resolve this they take 2 months and ask you to provide the ticket numbers, mind you there dont even send you proof of your tickets until you lose. Hollywoodbets employs incompetent people

If you want to win rather play at the branch at least you will have proof of purchase as opposed to playing online with no receipt. These people are scammers, every time you play their tickets there's always some issues be it with the website or the payment. It is so frustrating because we pay for a service but receive minimal support from the lazy customer care agents. Why do they tell you to call them if you are contesting a win? As if you are dialing a toll free number

I have never in my life witnessed such disapointment. All those people are paid models tryna get the bag. I suspect the site owners are also involved as they allow such. Even those pictures are not real but taken by one of the same photographer. My advice is stay away from RussianCupid PERIODD!
