I ordered 3 shirts and I made a mistake and ordered 2 of them in Ladies' instead of Mens. This is on a Sunday, Memorial day weekend at 10:00 AM. I realized it when i saw my invoice and panicked. I immediately contacted Owen on the chat line. And he took care of it in less than 5 minutes.

My initial t-shirt print came out somewhat dark, and RushOrderTees reprinted it for me at no extra cost to ensure I'd have the perfect gift for my buddy. The second printing arrived quickly and was absolutely perfect. RushOrderTee's customer service representatives were wonderful through the whole process.

I dealt with 2 different agents while we decided on design and sizing. Both reps were outstanding. They made the process extremely easy, checked that our design would work and did everything to make processing the order easy as well. We order a lot of shirts and jackets for our employees and our sponsors and after this, we will continue to use this company.

I had designed an image in Canva to upload onto the t-shirt design, but was worried that it would be pixelated. Josh talked me through everything and showed me the quality of the print to calm my anxiety. He was patient and helpful. Thanks again Josh!

I would recommend rush order tees to anyone looking to design some merch for any occasion. They even waived the fee for extra sleeve printing out of courtesy. Most excellent.
