This company was awesome! The original order didn't quite match up to the proof that was sent, but they didn't hesitate to correct that immediately! Their communication and follow-through was above and beyond. I was originally bummed about the first order, but the way they handled and corrected the situation changed my mind completely. The quality of the shirts as well as the image itself is great! I will be ordering again!
I ordered 3 shirts and I made a mistake and ordered 2 of them in Ladies' instead of Mens. This is on a Sunday, Memorial day weekend at 10:00 AM. I realized it when i saw my invoice and panicked. I immediately contacted Owen on the chat line. And he took care of it in less than 5 minutes.

I cannot describe how Colleen went above and beyond to help me get my order in my hands when UPS had delivered it to the wrong place. It was so important to have it on the day I needed it because my sons biological family was coming into town along with all of my former foster children so we could recreate a photo we had taken the last time we were all together 21 years ago. Sure we could have managed to do it without the shirts, but it just made it so much more fun to have them!
I can not tell you how much we have been looking forward to seeing these photos. These happy faces mean so much to us and we are so glad you were able to get that recreation photo done. Thank you for the review but more so, thank you for sharing this joy with us!
Rush order did an out standing job on on over nighting me my product for a event i made it for this weekend. Needed it by noon and it was here at 8am! Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

Due to a lazy post office delivery person my order was returned to the shipper because they could not find the 4 story building I was. I went online to see where my shipment as was troubled to find out it was returned. I immediately called RushOrderTees and spoke with customer service. He took down some information and told me someone will get in touch with me that same day.
Later that day I received an e-mail stating that they were sorry to hear of my dilemma and that they "rush order" me a new shipment AND I would have it by Christmas Day. Amazing! I was floored by how responsive they were.
My order was delivered to my house 5 days before Christmas. I cannot say enough good things about how this company operates, they are truly customer driven.
They will have my order when Ii need something printed and they should have yours too. They're just awesome.

Me and my buddies have a golf event every year - this year, we got our order (from another company) of polos and hats and they were totally wrong. We only had a few days before the event and didn't have any hats or polos for 60+ people! I found myself in a pickle, having lost original artwork files. Rush Order Tees was able to locate the artwork (from an order I made YEARS ago), and send me the vector files so I could place a new order with edited artwork! The customer service here is great. I wasn't totally satisfied with the initial shirt (probably my fault), but they were awesome thru email and on the phone to help resolve the issue. They were very responsive, helpful, and respectful each time we spoke. I'll definitely be ordering thru Rush Order Tees again

He helped me work through my design simultaneously while editing and working through my shirt design while supporting all my questions. His attention to detail while answering my question was and is unmatched. I don't do reviews often but when I do there's a reason and this reason was for his outstanding work, help, and support! I made a custom sweatshirt for my boyfriend, paid express shipping, not only was it exactly what I envisioned, but it arrived a day early! It's very user friendly and comes out true to image on the computer. They give you different quality options and it was super easy. I loved the design notes option so you can make sure to convey what you're looking for and the chat option for FAQ was super helpful. Thank you!

I dealt with 2 different agents while we decided on design and sizing. Both reps were outstanding. They made the process extremely easy, checked that our design would work and did everything to make processing the order easy as well.
