There is an ease to creating the designs. The personnel who work the chat on the website were responsive and helpful - I needed Tall cotton shirts for some of our employees and they were able to share options with me quickly. I was not aware that adding designs on the sleeves would be an extra fee, they waived this fee on my first order as a curtesy. 10/10 would recommend.

I was in the hold queue for about 10 mins, requested someone else help me, got Luke and in less than 2 minutes he provided me updated info and confirmed my order is still due to delivery on the date I selected. Great job, Luke, and appreciate the help!
