RushMyPassport is a terrific service - worth every penny! You are walked through all aspects of the process and they really do rush to deliver as promised, on time. I made an error in part of my process and the company representative who helped me, Andi Thomas, was outstanding. She took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, and was extremely courteous and professional. I recommend RushMyPassport to friends and family. This is the second time I have used them, and I would definitely use them again.
Discovered at 2:30pm Thursday 9/7 that I could not locate my passport. With Hurricane Irma predicted to make landfall in Florida I rushed to courthouse to secure the necessary sealed documents. Rushmypassport had me ship to San Francisco knowing Miami would be out of commission. My passport was issued on Monday and Fed-X to Memphis where it was held until roads were cleared. Passport arrived today 9/13 and I am off to Australia on 9/14. What a close call but even with a national disaster Rushmypassport and Federal Express came through with a stellar performance!
