I didn't realize my passport was expired until Sunday night and I was leaving on Thursday; needless to say I was in full panic mode. They were amazing, and vary patient even when I called panicking. I got the passport first thing Thursday.

Everything was great. I did not appreciate having to resend the signature letter again to a new address. This was an inconvenience but overall the people I spoke with especially Teddy was great.

I knew I was going going to be traveling soon, but I put off renewing my passport anyway. It was stupid of me. I panicked when I realized how little time I had before I had to travel again and how long it takes to get a passport the traditional (non-expedited) way.
