My only concern is wondering what happened to the second copy of my daughter's application which had personal information on i.e. Her social security number. Other than that, the experience and overall satisfaction was fabulous. Would use you again in a heartbeat.

We sent the expired passport on a Monday. My son's passport was delivered to our door on the Thursday of the same week. The update e-mails were great, Tandra and her team supported us on the phone when we needed additional info.

I had a great experience using Rushmypassport. I am leaving for Mexico in 3 weeks and I did not have my passport. Not knowing if I was going to get it in time I used RushmyPassport and I received it 1 week early. I will definitely use RushmyPassport again and do recommend to others.

The people that I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly even when I had some random questions. I forgot to sign the application and they were on it immediately. I hope that I don't need to expedite again, but if I do I will certainly use this service again.

Great service when in a timeline crunch. Like the email updates on the steps/status - as well as the ability to track through FedEx. I do with the pricing was clearer - while the site does inform on the initial cost of the service - it ends up being much more with the fees for FedEx, as well as actual cost of passport.

With clear instructions - both on web and on the phone - it was easy to assemble the needed documents and the passport even arrived a day earlier than promised.
