While I wish it was unnecessary to use rushmypassport, the reality is that it takes so bloody long to get a passport renewed that one is forced to use rushmypassport. That rushmypassport is fast, and keeps one constantly informed makes not only good business sense but also makes for a stress free experience.

Each and every agent I worked with (especailly Terry and his group in escalations) were fantatic. HOWEVER, there was one women who was down right rude and of little understanding to the fact that my daugthers passport request was suspended. I am a director of a large customer service organization, and I would highly recommend you find her - and take her off the phone. She is a black eye on an amazing group of wonderful individuals.
Pull the call...and take a listen...she got me so angry that I did yell...and she did little to assure me that everything would be ok if I left a message. Luckily, Terry got the vm and called me back.
