I was literally in a state of panic when I couldn't find my passport and my trip was in 8 days. I had no idea that I could actually get a passport in that short amount of time until I did a Google search. I was very nervous because I had no idea if this company was legitimate or not especially for the amount of money that you need to spend when you're in this situation. They assured me via phone that if I following through on all instructions (having birth certificate, driver's license, required paperwork) that I would have my passport. I called and instant chatted with them several times. I highly recommend just calling them each time for faster service. Every agent stayed calm while I was in my panic and went through all required information to help me. They were extremely professional and my agent Ben F. Did an amazing job of staying on top of my case. Highly recommend this company!
The service was exactly as promised. I needed my passport for one trip and needed to renew before a second trip so I could not go through the standard renewal. Trying to get an appointment at a local post office and township office would not allow me time to get my passport renewed. In addition the post office personnel were rude and unhelpful. Rush My Passport was the answer. For the price paid it was well worth avoiding the hassle of dealing with the post office. I had one minor hiccup with the online process and one call to customer service took care of the issue. The customer service was prompt, professional and friendly. Instructions on how to proceed were very clear and easy to follow. Status e-mails were sent through the entire process so I knew when my application was received, when it was being processed, when it was complete, and when the new and old passport were being shipped back to me. I will use them for all mine and my families future passport renewals. I cannot rate Rush My Passport with anything but the highest scores.
Please commend Ben Figueroa for the excellent job. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I received the renewed passport without any problems, completely as expected according to the schedule he told me.
