I hd no idea this type od service existed. I came across it while looking up closest Passport office thinking I had to travel to get my replacement passport myself. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews on this service. However, I could not be
More pleased with the results. I sent my packet in on a Tuesday and had my replacement passport the following Monday morning as promised. While I did not need it quite that fast I paid more for the 3-5 day service to ensure I would still have time should anything go wrong. I could have paid less but it was my choice. AND it was still cheaper than having to travel to do this myself. The convenience alone is worth it.
You MUST follow the step by step instructions without fail but they are pretty clear and customer service (both Live Chat and assigned Rep,) is excellent should you have any questions.
I hope I won't have to use them again but I highly reccomend Rush My Passport if you find yourself in need of an expedited passport.

My child's passport expired days before our vacation. It was a rush to try to find a way to salvage our vacation but this service saved the day. Our contact person, Scott was amazing. The only problem we had was with the online chat service. They were not helpful and just kept telling me to call but the wait times were long. However once we were assigned a specialist, Scott Singleton, the service lived up to its reputation. Scott was amazing and got our passport processed even more quickly than we were quoted. He was on the ball and the e-mails and phone calls kept me appraised of every step of the process. It literally saved our vacation.
