They answered every question I had(some of them more than once). Their customer service agents were unfailingly patient and polite. I needed a passport quickly, and requested 5-7 day service. I got my passport on day four. I couldn't have asked for anything more from them.
I Don't recommend waiting till the last minute to get your passport. I did, and luckily Rush my passport got me everything I needed quickly,step by step and they were there to help me along the way! Thanks! On a plane and out of here :)

James Rosier, our customer service rep, walked us through every step of the application. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the entire process, answering every question we had. Both of us (Harry and Margaret McCarty) were amazed to receive our new passports within FOUR DAYS! Mailed 3 pm on Monday, received 4 pm on Thursday! With e-mails to keep us apprised of the process, we were up-to-date throughout the process.
