A friend recommended Rush My Passport and as I walked thru the online process, I had several questions and had to call customer support a couple of times. He was very responsive to any questions I had and was available by phone or email. The only hang-up we had was a mistake I made and he quickly identified the issue, told me how to correct it and then got me back on track. Now our vacation is no longer at risk.
