I didn't realize my passport had recently expired and wanted to take a trip in less then two weeks. I used Rushmy passport and it was extremely easy and my passport was here in time for me to leave. The customer service when I had questions was amazing. The cost was very fair and saved me from spending a day driving to Miami and back and the fuel expense. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a quick passport renewal.

I was scheduled to be a Medical conference in Cancun, Mexico and just happened to check my passport about 10 days before leaving only to discover that I only had 5 months and 28 days left of validity! Most of my contact had to do with the clarity of the instructions. Several of these were unclear. However all customer service reps were helpful about explaining the process and were very pleasant. The end result was good and even faster than had been promised.

Your customer service was absolutely perfect. I no more than registered my order and I promptly received a phone call asking if I had any questions about the service or process - and it was a real person! They were kind enough to step me through any questions I had and I hung up the phone knowing EXACTLY what was needed and when/how. You always were assuring about dates and timing and that was HUGE for my piece of mind.
Further, I made a mistake with what I submitted (unclear photo). I immediately received notice of this and instructions were provided on exactly what to do and how to fix it.
Your service level is not free, but it is well worth EVERY penny. It only costs a little more to go first class, and working with you all was a first class experience! One of my better experiences as a consumer. Thank you!

There was no waiting time for my call to be directed to my customer service representative: Bruce. He patiently walked me through the entire process, which took several calls. My conversations with him were personable & professional. The process / status tracking kept me updated, and I received my replacement passport well ahead of the needed date.
