Without rushmypassport.com I wouldn't have been able to take a Caribbean vacation I won in a drawing. Whenever I had any customer service questions I could call and be immediately connected with a customer service representative (no talking robots that ask 100 questions).

Customer service knew the answers to my questions and would stay on the line until I was 100% sure I had what I needed. They delivered my passport to my door exactly when their website says they would.

Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone needing a passport ASAP!

I had to get passport for my 17 year-old daughter ASAP. I contacted the rushmypassport on 2/23 (Monday), and got the passport on 2/27 (Friday). Since my daughter was still a minor, I had to find the post office that gave her an appointment on 2/24. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Instruction and follow-up were very clear. Only information I did not get from the rushmypassport, but the post office clerk was that I'd better use their money order, not personal check, because the passport will not be processed until the personal check gets cleared. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

Rush My Passport follows through with their promises. My passport arrived as expected when expected and I was constantly updated with progress reports.

This is a great company with an excellent service. If it wasn't for Rush My Passport, I would have been stuck overseas because I ran out of pages on my passport. Thanks to Rush My Passport, I no longer have to worry about not having enough pages on my passport. I now have a new passport with plenty of pages to use for the next 10 years. I got my new passport within 24hrs. The service is definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs their passport renewed. Now I need to figure out how I am going to have my passport sent to me overseas as the only service I have here is DHL.

I will say in all honesty that the Service proceedures are easuy to follow and the Service personell are quite friendly and extremely helpful and informative. I spoke with 4 different representatives during the time I was getting all of my information together for the Passport agency. Grace, Christy, Russ and Joe. It surprised me that all knew exactly what I had conversed to the others about and the follow-up was terifffic. Most importantly, I recieved my Passport within a week of contacting these folks and it arrived excatly when they said it would... Well done!
