It went perfectly from beginning to end. I appreciated receiving the updates. I guess the only issue I had was with UPS. The passport was at the UPS facility on Friday but because UPS doesn't deliver on weekends I had to wait until Monday for the passport. This wasn't a problem for me because I'm not leaving for another two weeks, but what if? What if I were travelling on that Saturday or Sunday? Or what if the facility burned down? When you are waiting for a passport, the mind starts to imagine unlikely things. So if I had a recommendation, it would be to use a carrier that delivers on the weekends.

I did not need 24 hours service so I only paid for the 10-12 business days service. They were incredibly quick and responsive to questions - so excellent customer service - but they said they received my documents on June 10 (starting 6 days after I paid them since it took some time to fill their check list - partially my fault for the delay) and the passport did not arrive until June 23. It was in time for my needs but they themselves provided a date of departure of June 21 (which was before the actual departure date) and the passport arrived 2 days after the date so if it had been real... I would not have received the passport in time for the trip date on the official govt form. They did honor the time I contractually paid for if you don't count any prep time... Just Beware... it will take longer than they suggest it "can" be done.

Made one quick call to confirm the steps listed in the instructions. I was connected to a live English speaking person without having to be placed on hold or transferd! Took 5 mins to put it together dropped it off at the UPS STORE one Monday and had the passport back the next Monday...It shipped after three days processing time. I was kept up to date on the progress of this transaction by email and voice mail. There a lot of businesses who can take some notes on how to DO IT RIGHT!

I unfortunately waited a little too long to do my name change on my passport, and at the time did not realize that my local Clerk of Court could not handle the name change and it would take 4-7 weeks by mail. I didn't have this time as we were leaving for a friends wedding the beginning of July! I was searching online for the information I needed to send with the passport to make sure it didn't get held up because I missed something- when I came across Rush My Passport. I called and immediately was able to speak with a live person, John Murray. He assured me that my Bahamas marriage license would be accepted by the passport office, and stayed on the phone with me the entire time to make sure everything was accounted for, signed and correct to avoid any delays in getting my passport back. He assured me if I did miss anything, they would immediately give me a call before it was sent to the passport office so that I could correct it. He supplied me with the UPS overnight label I needed and I shipped it out that day. I chose standard 12 day for the turn around time and during that time I received constant automated phone calls with updates as to where my passport was, and what was going on. When originally speaking with John Murray he assured me I would have my passport back on June 22nd. The day it was mailed back to me- I received both an email and a phone call letting me know it was on its way back with the tracking information. It showed up just as he said on June 22nd! They are much easier and more thorough than dealing with your Clerk of Court or "hoping" you have all the correct information to send in. Their prices are reasonable and I cannot thank them enough for putting my mind at rest, and making sure I had my passport in time for my trip. I wish I had found them the last time I had to renew my passport.

I was asked to travel out of country on short notice by a customer. My passport was expired and I knew that it would take at least 2 weeks from the post office. I was not able to travel to the passport agency office myself the next week due to an out of town call for work on Monday- Wednesday. And, there were no available time slots available at the passport agency closest to me (Detroit), before my departure date anyway. I was honestly a little bit skeptical about using some of the expediting services I saw online, including this one. BUT, after the second time on the phone w/ their customer service (Bill Hess), I knew it was legitimate. The reason I knew this was from the very detailed specific questions that he was asking about the checklist that they provided to make sure you have absolutely everything needed in order before you send it in. I shipped my packet UPS red label on Sat. For Mon delivery, and was suppose to have it back on Thur. I received it red label a day early on Wednesday. Yes, it was expensive. No, there is no other way I could have done it myself within that time frame. I would very much recommend Rushmypassport.com if you need your passport in a hurry.
