This was quick and extremely organized. Those within the organization were willing to help at any time and answer questions. It arrived as promised...even a day earlier. I've already told several people that if they ever find that they are in need of a passport quickly, Rushmypassport.com is the place to go!
The only thing is to remind people who are getting their photo at the post office to take cash for the photo. Some post offices do not take credit cards for such things. Luckily we had the cash, but others ahead of us did not which resulted in them having to leave, get cash, and wait in line again.

The only suggestion I think you guys need to clarify is the type of "envelope" needed to mail the documents from our local passport office to you. I had to contact customer service and ask if I needed the actual Federal Express overnight envelope to mail in my stuff. Of course, I had already printed out the pre-printed FedEx label, but during the mad rush of this, I questioned whether or not I needed the FedEx envelope, or was it okay to use a regular large mailing envelope. I was told I needed the FedEx envelope, and I immediately had to locate a facility that had these. I question the fact that I could NOT use a regular mailing envelope with my FedEx mailing label.

We realized a week before leaving for a Jamaican vacation, that your passports have to be valid for six months past your travel date. Ours were expiring a month after the travel date, so we had a week to update our passports. First of all, we realized this on a Saturday, we contacted several on-line companies like this on Saturday morning and RushMyPassport was the only company open and taking phone calls. The person we spoke to was knowledgeable about our situation and helped us select the right level of service. We submitted our documents, sent them off, and RushMyPassport stayed in communication with us through the process. We had our new passports delivered on the day they promised. They made the process simple and easy. I will say, if you're reading this, you're probably needing to get passports and thinking about using this service. I highly recommend you do, but remember they're basically a courier service, you need to do your part and make sure you fill out all your documents correctly and send them everything they need. If you have errors on your paperwork or fail to send anything they need you're screwed. I would advise you call them before you do anything first and get your questions answered, that's what we did and everything went as planned. We're off to Jamacia today thanks to RushMyPassport. Just be prepared, the service isn't cheap. But if you fail to plan your trip accordingly, like we did, it is what it is.

Overall service was good. Customer service was easy to contact and helpful in all regards. Service to expediter was FedEx First Overnight. Return service from expediter was standard FedEx. This resulted in passport arriving in late afternoon after I had commenced travel. Had to have third party send it on to an interim destination. Would recommend service, just allow an extra day longer than the outside date of service promised.

AMIE FIGUEROA was superb and kept me informed each step of the process to ensure I would get my passport processed and back to me in the promised time frame. I like how easy it was to get in touch with someone for my questions and how the websites of rushmypassort and the government site were connected to see my application and order. The interoperability was great.
Yet, I was forced to pay for the more expensive and faster expedited service due to backlog. I felt that the promised next day and 1-2 business day description of the expedited services were not accurate at all. I should have been able to use the second expedited service and get it back within a week. This needs to be updated to reflect the true time frame so you don't force people into paying an expedited service when it isn't necessary due to your problem of backlog.
