They worked me through all the steps necessary, which was important as the process is complicated. If they hadn't taken the time to do that (and left it for me to figure out on my own), it would have been a much worse experience, and I'm not sure I would have gotten my passport in time.

Great experience. Antonio helped us quickly resolve a issue related to size of passport photo. We received final completed passport in a extremely speedy timeframe even though we had to reshoot the photos.

My son was heading to Canada to play Jr. Hockey, I wasn't quick enough in getting his passport. So we called rushmypassport.com. I called once in the beginning because I was a little confused. They walked me through what I was doing. The passport even arrived a day ahead of what I was told it should. Which was cutting it close in the first place. They were very fast, professional, and helpful. I would use them again if I'm ever in a hurry for a passport.
