Very pleased with the service. The only confusion was we were told to use a paper clip to attach the photo., but when it wax shipped the paper clip had poked a hole through the photo. Then we were told that we shouldn't have used a paper clip. But they were still able to get it to me in time. Over all your customer service reps. We're very patient and helpful.

While it wasn't clear to me that there was an additional fee in the exact same amount of the passport renewal fee, Amie Figueroa explained it to my satisfaction. It was a very quick and easy to do, with each step emailed to me, and clear instructions on how to proceed. I was given status updates, and received my passport before the time stated it would be delivered. I was very satisfied, and would use rush my passport again.
