A minor complaint that I was a little lost on following the step by step instruction on the check list as it came before other steps in the process when you are trying to do it by yourself for the first time. I had to retake my picture, and had to pay another 20$ which was a little frustrating, but sent it on a Friday and it was at my door on Monday. No that was fast. Our person Amie Figueroa was very good about getting the passport back to us on a timely matter.
