I have purchased a lot of accessories from RPI Designs. I have always had great service from ordering (Paul) to the customer service (Tammy). The product and if paint was needed on the accessories it was top quality. The packaging was perfect as well. Great job RPI. I will continue to order from your company. Most accessories on the pictures are from RPI. 5 Stars!
The absolute worst products and and even worse customer service. Ordered C8 engine panels with the understanding it would be 4-6 weeks. 10 weeks later I get them. Fiberglass was so crappy the back side was hanging off, Mounting holes were not cleaned up or even remotely large enough for fastener. I had sent 4 emails asking for progress and no response till I threatened disputing charge on the parts I had not yet received. Just terrible people.

It has been teo months and have not received my product, doubt i ever will. There is no customer sevice on the phone. And no email response.
I have spent a week attempting to reach someone about an order for my daughters 16th birthday. I understand delays occur but I need my money refunded so I can now order a last minute gift elsewhere because there's no way the floor mats will arrive in time. Way later than estimated ship date and I cannot reach anyone by message, phone or email. How is it legal to sell something then provide no opportunity for communication when they don't hold up their end of the deal?

Ordered color match splash guards for my C6 on 17 Jun. I understood 4 too weeks because of painting. Asked for an update on 9 and 10 of Aug. Never heard from them. Sad that thay can not answer.
Never ships when promised! Poor customer service! No communication! Nobody answers the phone! And here is the punchline, they overcharge for sales tax. Do the math and you'll see how they are ripping you off. I placed my order on a Sunday, they claim they shipped the product, I tried to get them to correct the sales tax to the proper amount, and all they did was cancel my order on Wednesday and refund my money, which means they lied and never shipped the product, wasted three days of my time. Stay away!

Bought tires from madison motorparts and then got a email saying they needed another $140 since their website was wrong and I couldn't remember the name of the lady I talked to when I called to verify the price. Now 3 days later I have tires from prioritytire for just a few dollars more no where close to 140. Terrible business, Terrible customer service. Waste of time
Ordered smoked taillight lenses in December and item came broken. Reached out to customer and left a voicemail. Tammy responded via email and wanted photos. I sent the photos and asked for a refund. She wanted to replace. I decline because it obviously was lacking in workmanship. She got bent out of shape and said she'd file a claim on my behalf with USPS. This would take over 6 weeks (especially with USPS). I advised her that she should open the dispute with them on their behalf since they did the shipping not me. I opened a dispute with PayPal and finally got my refund today over a month later. Steer clear of this company because if you do have a problem getting a refund will not be an easy task.
Purchased an item and wasn't complete when it arrived. I had moved so didn't use for a week. During move I misplaced receipt so I emailed. They asked for proof of purchase. I explained and stated my situation so would buy the parts I needed that they didn't send. Couldn't even get back to me with the issue. It took several emails just to get one reply. So I gave up and will probably report this awful company to the BBB as it seems I am not alone with poor customer care

I ordered the blacked out acrylic side markers for my Z06. The fit is terrible, I could of used a sharpie and coloured them in and they would of looked better. What a terrible I'll fitting product. I contacted RPI and Paul asked for pics which I sent to him. Never heard back from Paul or RPI. I followed up with 3 more emails and crickets. What crap customer service. Don't waste your money or time with this company and if this product is any indication of quality work stay clear.

Ordered some C8 Fold up Chairs Dec 11th as a Christmas gift. Contacted them first a few days later to check on status. Left message, no return call. Few days later tried again, no return call. Now we're two weeks after Christmas and I tried again. YOU GUESSED IT, no answer. I think this place may be a scam, they sure charged my Credit Card quickly.
Having bought some aftermarket lights for my C7 I had led failures. So far 3 emails sent asking to obtain a replacement and no response.
Cheap is not always cheap.

Had the worse experience of my life getting with RPI sent a front front splitter for my 2009 corvette back in July they do not get refund your parts
but if you give a bad review they tried to bribe me and offer me 150 dollars. In the end it was all a scam BBB HAS NOT 1 GOOD THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR SOUTHERN CAR PARTS. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS. SO DONT GO THROUG WHAT I HAVE HAD YO GO THROUGH. SO A WORD OF ADVICE GO ELSE WHERE TO BUY PARTS
I had ordered a cover for my 2011 Corvette approx 3 weeks ago. Received an email from RPI on Jan 6th that the item had shipped. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not received the item. The tracking UPS tracking number they provided does not locate any shipment. My calls to check have provided only a busy signal. I have emailed and have received no useful info. I will update this review if satisfaction is provided.
I am happy to say that I did receive my order. I was skeptical as I was not able to reach anyone and my email inquiry was not answered as well as the link that I was provided with for my order did not work. I ordered from them on May 14,2023 and today (May 23,2023) I actually did reach a very nice woman who told me my order was scheduled to arrive today. Low and behold, it just arrived! In order to be fair, I need to let people know that this business is legit, but I would caution that they are probably frustrating to work with because they are extremely difficult to get in touch with. My order was accurate and the price was good. I can't say what a return situation would be, but for my specific order I am giving them a 3 star up from 1 star because of the price of the product.

1969 Corvette Seat Foam Installation Kit
The color coverage on the first 2020 Mustang GT engine cover I received was terrible. Installed it anyway. Paint blistered after driving the car twice. Sent it back for a repaint. Again, paint coverage quality was poor. Installed it and drove for about 100 miles. Opened the hood and yet AGAIN the paint had blistered. After driving it a few hundred more miles now, the blistering is everywhere on the cover. It's so bad I'm embarrassed to show it off. How hard is it to get this right? Extremely disappointed... AGAIN! Do your homework before you purchase. I wrote 1 star review on RPI site but don't see it posted. Wrote again recently and will continue to check to see if it gets posted.
I purchased a high wing spoiler for my 2021 C8 Corvette. I was advised of a 5 week lag time as the product needed to be painted. After 5 weeks I contacted for the status and was told it was in the paint shop and was hung up on. I have attempted to contact them by phone (voice mail) and no response, email, no response. I tried calling again today and was hung up on as I was putting in my voice mail. Finally got fed up and contacted my bank. They are going to dispute my purchase for me and attempt to refund me my money. Beware of this company.

Placed two custom orders in early May. The first order was received 13 weeks later and the other 18 weeks later! Every time I inquired I was informed the order would go out within next few days which never happened. The first item I received was a custom painted plenum cover. The pictures posted on the web site are NOTHING like what I received. The paint coverage quality is terrible and doesn't truly match the actual car color. The paint blistered in a dozen spots after an initial 60 minute drive! Inexcusable! The custom painted billet caps look great but they don't all fit despite the fact I have the model make/year the web site says these will fit. This company does not care at all about customer service or product quality. I'm trying to get a refund but seriously doubt they will agree. Take my advice and DO NOT order anything from this company unless you want to throw away several hundred of your hard earned dollars for products that make your car look cheaper not better. SAD! I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since they claim they are "Accredited" by the BBB which is simply a joke.
It's been 13 days since my order and after two phone calls that left me on hold only to go to answering machine then two emails I have yet to get any information on my order? Mo tracking no it's in or out of stock just nothing. I will never use them or recommend then again.
Faulty product delivered but not readily apparent. Admittedly a few weeks past their return date, I simply tried to get an official response on whether they could do something about it. After four messages to their supposed Contact they didn't have the decency to even respond. What kind of Customer Service operation doesn't even bother to respond even if it is to say we can not do anything.

Ordered a simple waterfall $530 its now been 10 weeks and no product. Pathetic customer service. Sent numerous messages no response.
Lloyd mats are what I found to be the best quality in recent years, so I got a set for my C8 from RPI. I like the mats, they are very nice, the only thing I can say, they were made to order and took about one week to arrive, I don't think that is too bad, but I was hoping to have them in just a few days. Looking back I see they are made to order from Lloyd Mats. Overall, I'm happy.
