I opted for Bicholiya package. Initially, when the executive came at our place, they were so concern and connected like a family member. After taking money, things changed drastically. I was calling to them as if I'm the coordinator and they are the customers.
What I was being told:
The executive will be with you at every step.
The executive will update you whenever they will share the profiles with you.
The executive will take your feedback time to time.
The executive will coordinate with you with the response of other party.
But trust me, things were completely opposite.

I was asking your executive 'what's the feedback of other party?'
I was asking executives to share profiles with me.
Moreover the cherry on the cake was... I was calling again and again... and the executive WAS NOT PICKING UP my calls. With an alarm in my head that I should not call on Wednesday and I've to call between 10-6 pm (which I also understand).
Pathetic service! Don't opt at all! Specially the executive so called coordinators are highly irresponsible!
