The HR was so disrespectful and rude👎 so much attitude. The lady whose height was ver small was most disgusting. My interview was perfect but she was talking to me in most disrespected way

Dont waste your time. They never even make you talk to their owner if you have any complaints and incase they do, it isn't of much help as at the end the coordinators have all the power which they use to not help you as you complaint against them.

DONT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THESE SCAMMERS. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MANNERS OF DEALING WITH THEIR CLIENTS.

While trying to pursuade you to put money in their package, and avail the services, they will be the sweetest and once you have paid, then you will be treated like a beggar to get proper services from these scammers.

Horrible is not even the closest word to describe these people.

Do not trust these people they are all scammer sitting in a room. I can name every single one of them as I have been bounced from one coordinator to another. I have been to their office it's a s*it hole of a place. All the workers are cramped into a room, sitting and doing NOTHING. They take the money in their own account they don't even have a company account. They use personal accounts for money transactions.
My cousin coincidentally got a coordinator job there and they didn't gave her salary for two months. She was compensated with cash later when she demanded to be paid.
Do not fall for their calls, they are all illiterate, mannerless people trying to scam you off your hard earned money. Especially Jasmeen and Poonam. Poonam called my mother a very bad name after she demanded that she should be accommodated according to the service she paid for.
For the goodness sake do not go there or recommend anyone this marriage bureau.

A very honest suggestion to all those who want to enroll in Royal matrimony service….please do it if you have money to throw. Such unprofessional staff. Absolutely no coordination amongst them as it kind of suits them because when you complain about something they are like we didn't know, we will change your coordinator.
Most of the profiles they post are either dead profiles or borrowed from some common data base. Personally my son's profile was with tjem for 5 months but they could not come up with 1SINGLE match. After paying the initial amount I was forced to take up bicholiya service. Even then absolutely nothing.
So basically they just collect money and make a fool out of you. I have given 1 star because they definitely are good at making fool out of people.
I have lost my money but I want to warn everyone who's thinking of taking their service.

Royal matrimonial is very professional and puts a lot of personal effort. They shows the best profiles that's suitable for you. You will get the best match and you will feel like a family when you get their services.

Highly untrained and unprofessional and Rude staff.
Mr Gaurav the owner I have shared my complaint multiple times no revert to mail stop picking up calls.
Staff miss Anju Bala Kiran misbehave and hang up calls on customer.
They are only money minded people donot Listern to customer queries because payment is done.
Neither Mr Gaurav Answer and revert to the calls.
Donot get into this trap they are nothing more then a fraud.
Earlier also the case was filed in court and Royal Matrimonial was penalised for it.
But no change in behaviour with the customers.

Royal Marerimonial service is fake they cheated people they sell package collect money service providing 0 They are money minded people cheat with people emotion make fool

Irrelevant profiles, no contact details with profile, no one replies on contact details asked no one to serve.
They were not working on lock down but their sales team calls you to buy there services

I opted for their services in October, 2018, Royal Matrimonial Bichola Services(6 months plan). Before enrolling for the plan, their sales team promised to send 4 matches per week and that too according to the requirements(the expected profiles only).
I didn't received much useful profiles. Before enrolling to the services, I have cleared my requirements on the form and even in personal meeting. But out of the profiles sent to me, I received 0/rarely few matching profiles every month.
It seems like the matching profiles were not available or they didn't know how to manage it.
I tried contacting the persons who called me, they stopped answering to my calls. The other team did not provided me the solution but just took it in a casual manner.

After my membership expired, but my profile was with them and they kept it in their database. Whenever there were interests received for my profile, they call me and ask me to enroll for basic services.

I would recommend to not be a part of their fake scam.

They are totally fake people. Never go there to find spouse for ur dear one. They are just money making people. Till the time u wouldn't paid anything for their service, they will roam around you like flies and then they will make u feel like u are psycho as u will demand for the service. After sales service is worst at this place. They will not show you profiles according to your expectations and most importantly they promise to send 3-4 profiles each week. But they will send you 1 or 2. Once you start concerning about your service they will stop picking your call. Totally wastage of money. Money minded people with 0 humanity left. They play with your expectations.

The staff here is hardworking and diligent. Painstakingly they give us profiles suitable for the concerned.
