Rotadent Pro Care

I started out with a purchase of the Rotadent Contour from my dentist about 5 years ago. It lasted about a month before completely dying. I contacted their warranty department and they sent me a replacement - no problem. The replacement lasted for 2 years and died. So, I called warranty and they sent me their newest model, the Rotadent ProCare. Within a month it developed cracks in the control switch with regular use. Again the warranty department was contacted and a replacement sent out - no problem. When it's working, I really love the product. I really appreciate their friendly warranty department as I've talked to them plenty over the years. Replacement brush heads are a bit pricey, but I continue to have glowing check-ups at my dentist... so it's worth it for me.

Replacement brushes I have used rotadent For over 30 years at this point I cannot recommend this due to the fact you cannot get replacement brushes that work past one day or one week. I have ordered and received six brush heads over a one month period two hollow tips two short tips and two long tips. At the present I have one short tip brush that works and it sounds like it is about to fall apart at any time now. I have used rotadent for over 30 year you have replaced the handle twice. I attribute my gum issues being resolved to the rotadent, it is shame how such a great product can fall apart in Such a short period of time. My recommendation on Amazon and to anyone would be throw your handle out and get a system that works
