I have been shopping online here for 3 years now and it never disappoints me. Approved for excellent customer service as well. Much easier online shopping. The delivery process was a bit slow, but the shoes were worth it.
WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!

Over one month of not hearing a single word from this company and checking the reviews of over 800 people about this company, I file a fraud claim with my bank. I also emailed the company to tell them that I did not want anything from them now and to cancel anything that they ever had with me as a result of their deceiving tactics. The day after I emailed them the cancellation, they sent me an email for the first time saying, cancellation is too late, here i the tracking number - we just shipped the items. Their return policy on their website is a joke. No return address and just about everything in their website is final sale. Which falls in another category of no returns. I have reported them to the attorney general, but please know this is a company housed in China, using different names and addresses in the USA- a total joke. Let me predict what is going to happen next as I see it in all the reviews: they are going to reply back with " I am so sorry for your disappointment. We are here to help you, please contact us with your order number...". It is all a charade,

I bought a blouse from this site size small. It was way too big and poorly made. I contacted them about a return. The blouse had to be returned to China at my expense. The postage is more than what I paid for the blouse. Roselinlin.com offered an alternative. They will refund 15% and I keep the blouse. I feel cheated.

I purchased $150. Worth of clothing from this company. Nothing fit properly and the material listed as LINEN was
Like the same material that they package potato's in. It is a heavy burlap, that is what all of the pants are made of NS would not be very comfortable to wear... even if I could. The tops I purchased were made if a very thin material. Not one of them would fit. I had gotten sick about two weeks after they were delivered and was not able to return immediately. They only give you 14 days to return, normally most companies give 30 days especially since the products come from China. Sure enough I was late by a few days and they refused to do anything to help me... no exchanges... no returns... no credits! I would never buy from them again. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

I ordered clothes from Roselinlin in early April. It is now June 26 and the shipment has not arrived. They claim to have sent the the tracking numbers said it was delivered to NY post office. I called them and the UP Postal representative said this package did not exist. I have asked for my money back and they will not do it. I have a complaint filed with PayPal now.

Like other reviewers, I ordered from this site based on the beautiful photos of the clothing and great reviews on the website. Ten weeks later (after multiple requests to cancel the order and get a refund, all of which were denied), a package shows up with horribly made clothes that only barely resemble the photos from the site. There is no indication on the website that the business is based in China. The business counts on customers not being willing to pay the exorbitant return shipping fees and settling for the 15% refund. Total scam. Don't waste your money.

The clothes are not the same as what the picture looks like. Very cheap hand made looking from amateur seamstress.

Comes from China, so expect a couple of months for delivery and pretty confusing tracking information. I carefully used the sizing charts, but still only 2 of the 4 items I ordered fit as expected, and one of them (described as a 'solid' cotton shirt) was practically transparent, which was not evident from the photo. It's not worth the time and effort to return them, so 3 of them are already in the Goodwill bag. Never again will I be sucked in by the attractive pictures or low prices at Roselinlin. Plus, they push a lot of advertising and fill up my Spam folder despite my unsubscribing from their emails multiple times.

Roselinlin has inexpensive clothes, but beware. The first time I ordered they sent me the wrong color and then they explained the color in the picture was not always the one selected. The second time the order took so long (nearly a month) my daughter had moved before it arrived. The order was sent back and their customer service said - lodge a complaint with the post office.

I made the mistake of placing an order on 5/25. A few weeks with no product I contacted them to just keep getting automated replies. To this day 7/1 I STILL have not received any items! I will never order from them again no matter how cute!

Horrible - product - Horrible customer service - I agree with another review - Garbage Product by Thieves! I tried for 2 months to have customer service send me return information so I could send back my order, by the time someone finally responded they said it was too late, I had to return within 15 days - Yes thieves indeed!

All of those wonderful summery looks... NOT THEIRS! I kept getting the ads though and so I thought I would try ONE item. A pretty "cotton" blouse, blue. Today it arrived; HA! Prison stripes= hahaha! Joke was on me because I knew better.
The photos that they use are fakes. The blouse looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!

The bargains are too good to be true. Once you actually have a chance to see and feel the clothes (after they finally arrive), it's obvious that the quality is absolutely terrible. I don't think any of the clothes would survive a washing. Returns to China are essentially impossible, so I learned a costly lesson. I hope this will help you keep your hard-earned money. Ordered a shirt and pants on 4/30/2020. Their logistics tracking stated my items shipped 5/14/2020. It is now 6/13/2020 and still I have not received my items. It TAKES TOO LONG to receive shipment, if I receive at all, and wrote a note to customer service to see where my items were. I would SKIP this company and not waste your time buying from clothes which look worn, but I was going to wear on weekends. I should have read the reviews first, but the items were so CUTE and I was brainwashed.

To send something back for a refund, you have to pay for it to go to China plus customs. This is in addition to the $12.99 for shipping. Unless you are absolutely sure of the size and of the quality (mine was flimsy, cheap and was just an iron on that stuck together when I took it out of the package), never use this company.

I purchased clothes and shoes from this website which i thought were coming from US. when they arrived nothing was like the pictures, no labels and everything cheaply made. Very very dissapointed, sizing not great even after I measured carefully. RETURNING THEM TO CHINA IS IMPOSSIBLE AND WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE AND CUSTOMS WILL NOT RELEASE THE PACKAGE. I bought a dress, the size small in the previous order, although it fits me, the M is roomier. As for the pants, there is a bit of room to stretch in the crotch area. I got this for a workout and it's definitely squat proof. The top also fits very comfortably. I'm small but my shoulders are fairly broad so I prefer the way the M fits. I usually wear a UK size 6-8 or an xs or s. Therefore, I would recommend wearing this one for a more comfortable fit. It took 18 days to arrive from the order date.

I ordered one dress from this site. I wish I had read the reviews first. The dress I received does not look like the dress in the photo. The fabric is described as a cotton blend on the website. The dress appears slightly sheer, a loose fitting, thin cotton blend dress on the website. What I received was a stiff polyester thing. It looks like the type of fabric that is digitally printed, like a shower curtain. And, it feels like a shower curtain. I want to return it.

After several weeks of not receiving my order I emailed the company. They told me how to track the order. Part of the order said shipped, the other said processing. When I finally found a number for the company, the so called customer service guy wanted me to give him computer information to download a form. When I said " Wait you have my credit card info, you can just refund the money", he shocked me and said " Shut up! If you want the refund, you have to download the form "! I hung up. SCAM!
