WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!

WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. Over one month of not hearing a single word from this company and checking the reviews of over 800 people about this company, I file a fraud claim with my bank. I also emailed the company to tell them that I did not want anything from them now and to cancel anything that they ever had with me as a result of their deceiving tactics. The day after I emailed them the cancellation, they sent me an email for the first time saying, cancellation is too late, here i the tracking number - we just shipped the items. Their return policy on their website is a joke. No return address and just about everything in their website is final sale. Which falls in another category of no returns. I have reported them to the attorney general, but please know this is a company housed in China, using different names and addresses in the USA- a total joke. Let me predict what is going to happen next as I see it in all the reviews: they are going to reply back with " I am so sorry for your disappointment. We are here to help you, please contact us with your order number...". It is all a charade,

I bought a blouse from this site size small. It was way too big and poorly made. I contacted them about a return. The blouse had to be returned to China at my expense. The postage is more than what I paid for the blouse. Roselinlin.com offered an alternative. They will refund 15% and I keep the blouse. I feel cheated.

The clothes are not the same as what the picture looks like. Very cheap hand made looking from amateur seamstress.

I purchased $150. Worth of clothing from this company. Nothing fit properly and the material listed as LINEN was
Like the same material that they package potato's in. It is a heavy burlap, that is what all of the pants are made of NS would not be very comfortable to wear... even if I could. The tops I purchased were made if a very thin material. Not one of them would fit. I had gotten sick about two weeks after they were delivered and was not able to return immediately. They only give you 14 days to return, normally most companies give 30 days especially since the products come from China. Sure enough I was late by a few days and they refused to do anything to help me... no exchanges... no returns... no credits! I would never buy from them again. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Roselinlin show in store one item(s), sending - different! In pictures nice items, in real - rags. Cheating people! Do not want accept items back, frightening with big costs. Very bad. I'm disappointed.

The bargains are too good to be true. Once you actually have a chance to see and feel the clothes (after they finally arrive), it's obvious that the quality is absolutely terrible. I don't think any of the clothes would survive a washing. Returns to China are essentially impossible, so I learned a costly lesson. I hope this will help you keep your hard-earned money. Please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

All of those wonderful summery looks... NOT THEIRS! I kept getting the ads though and so I thought I would try ONE item. A pretty "cotton" blouse, blue. Today it arrived; HA! Prison stripes= hahaha! Joke was on me because I knew better.

The photos that they use are fakes. The blouse looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!

Just don't do this to yourself. You deserve better and so do I.

Items are advertised as being cotton and then show up in polyester/rayon. Returns are at your cost to China which is exorbitant as they require a tracking number. Approximately $100 of clothing would cost $65+ with tracking - just not worth it.

Less than one star review. Another dissatisfied customer. Bought a few dresses which when they arrived were of inferior quality. The dresses were supposed to be a size 16-18, but were so small that my skinny granddaughter couldn't wear them. It was a hassle to get clear, simple info to return the dresses to customs in China. Return postage was $44, almost half of my refund! Note that the amount on the downloaded receipt "Total merchandise refund" refers to the amount that is Still due as my refund. The return pkg was sent on May 6,2021. USPS tracking confirmed receipt of the pkg by customs in China. It is now October and I still have not received a refund.

A Class Action lawsuit is needed because apparently we the consumer have no consumer protection agency that gives a hoot! This company should not be allowed to do business in the US.

All those clothing look so attractive ONLY on the screen. I ordered 5 items and I decided to keep 3. Most of them look so cheap or way too big! I mean huge! If it's Amazon, I was happy to return them ALL.
And watch out people, they send your clothing somewhere in the US but when you return them, they don't accept anywhere else but China. It's really really far and costs fortune. Of course you pay all the shipping fee.
That's what they do just to make money. They don't want your trust, they're just fooling you around! I am so sorry for them.

Clothes look nothing like the website! Clothing is garbage, horrible quality. A garbage bag would fit better and I'm a size 10,5'8". Took months to receive - literally 3 and I hounded them and PayPal and PayPal wouldn't help me. Makes me wonder why. Shipping came from China - would cost too much to send back and there's a restocking fee and the time limit to return had passed due to the lengthy shipping time. I threw my clothes away - wished I had taken photos, but other have posted some, check them out.
Avoid this store!

I had ordered several items and their sizes are not true. Returned to the only address shown on my paperwork but apparently that is not correct. Their customer service states the return department is in China. Showed them tracking information and the package was received in their New York location. Was told I could check with the carrier I used to retrieve the package (too late). So they have my money and the merchandise. I will never order from them again and I urge others not to either. A $100 plus lesson learned.

I received my clothing and I liked a few things but want to send the rest back. I've been trying to send the clothing back and get my money returned for those items but the company told me I have to send the package back to the factory…in CHINA!
They said "since international returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve the issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the items." This company is absolutely ridiculous! No successful clothing company would tell a customer this! Ever!

I ordered one dress from this site. I wish I had read the reviews first. The dress I received does not look like the dress in the photo. The fabric is described as a cotton blend on the website. The dress appears slightly sheer, a loose fitting, thin cotton blend dress on the website. What I received was a stiff polyester thing. It looks like the type of fabric that is digitally printed, like a shower curtain. And, it feels like a shower curtain. I want to return it.

I sent an email to their customer service. Waiting for a reply.

I plead with you, please do not order from this company. I got suckered in by the look of the clothes. I ordered over two months ago and I have not received anything yet. On the tracking order it says processing; two weeks later it says shipped. It goes from processing to ship and back to processing. They took the money out of my account right away. I never liked shopping on line; back to brick and mortar.

Materials and workmanship is poorly made. I have had over 20 emails back and forth to refund my money and it will cost me additional $45 USD to return their crappy products to China.
If I were you, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will be so disappointed that you have to waste so much time dealing with refunds and communicating with them as is so challenging. So I paid $150US plus shipping then I have to return them for their misrepresenting what have been advertised is not what I have received
Shipping back to China another $45.

Do not be fooled with theor website . What you see is not what you get. Workmanship and material is cheaply made. Wasted so much money and have to return at your own cost!!!!!! BEWARE

This site is also peddled as Noracora and Zolucky. The product is nothing like how portrayed online. Sizes are never correct as they take whatever product they have on their shelves, change ths sie label and ship it to the consumer. It is so difficult to return anything and that's what they're counting on. Don't get taken like I was.

These clothes suck! The polyester material is often something you wouldn't want on your skin - SCRATCHY! - and forget about throwing it in the washer and dryer. I tried to return my purchase, and boy was I given the run around! Very dishonest, they will say whatever it takes to put you off until the return period is up. Don't fall for their very successful marketing!

I should have read these reviews before making an order. I had to return all the items ordered. They did not answer my email regarding the return which HAD to be made within 15 days. I knew that I could not return to the address on the package from the website where I finally found a return address. I never received an itemized invoice or order and there was nothing in the package either. I made the return to the address found on the website and sent the package UPS so I would get a confirmation of acceptance which I did. I did not get my money returned so I wrote to them again directly and via the website.The information that is on the website now is very different regarding returns then it was when I made the return. They now show an address for the company in the UK. They did respond to my email saying I had not followed instructions as sent to me by email - which I never received. They say they cannot refund me if they don't have the package. I will have to take this up with my credit card company. What a scam.

Terrible product. I ordered a maxi dress that looked like soft cotton with wonderful embroidered detail. When it arrived, it looked NOTHING like the item pictured. Some strange, shiny slippery polyester fabric and all of the wonderful "details" were simply part of the fabric print. Spent $10 for shipping and they wanted me to spend another $10 to ship it back. Finally, after a lot of hassle, they agreed to give me 15% of my purchase as a refund (not counting the $10 shipping). STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY-products don't look anything like what is shown online and you'll lose money if you try to return. Most of the 5 star reviews on this site are scam reviews, not actual customers. Do your research!

This site is a COMPLETE SCAM. Most of these reviews don't even have proper spelling and written by this company.

These clothes are not as pictured or described. INFERIOR QUALITY MATERIAL. INFERIOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. When I received my package, I was floored. Buyer BEWARE. I saw some negative reviews but didn't spend enough time looking at the fraudulent positive reviews.

I spent $135 on merchandise. Followed their ridiculous return policy (for the principle of it) which took no less than 6 emails to the company. Paid $69 for expedited shipping to China. 4 months later, my package was returned from China. Now I am out over $200, have a bag of clothes that weren't worth the price of shipping and NO REMEDY from this company.

Do not buy. Filing a complaint with the BBB and writing this review to try and help others.

Material on goods is transparent, stiff, chemical smelling, non-natural. i don't want to give polyester a bad wrap calling these materials polyester. I could not believe that I paid money for these items.
