The necklace I purchased for my 75 year old mother is beautiful. Seems to be of good quality, sturdy shiny silver chain that mom can slip easily over her head. The picture is beautifully set. This will be a birthday gift to my mother. We lost my Dad this past November 2021.

My husband liked his Dad bracelet. I wish I would have paid more attention to the closure because some men may need a more secure clasp but so far my husband has managed to keep it on with light office/home wear.

My son ordered a necklace for his girlfriend. It came in a nice box and was just like it looked on the website. We were very satisfied with our order.

I ordered a neclace for my mother and the chain was smaller that expected, I feel like you could have given better displase for the lengths

I didn't ink they were gonna send my order case it took really log had to cotat then to see if there gonna send it but the necklace was really good and pretty

I like the product but it took a little longer than it should have, about two weeks longer than expected.

I emailed asking for the 3rd charm to be changed to a specific name. They emailed back and confirmed the change. They left off the suffix at the end of the name

I ordered this on the website said order by the state to get by Christmas but I never got it by Christmas and I had to reach out to three different representatives and they just told me to Covid that they were behind but I reached out that day before Christmas and they said they didn't even make it yet so I would appreciate if somebody would have reached out to tell me and then I could plan for a different gift and save this one for later. I ordered this on December 12 and I just received it on January 8 2022. Again my real issue is with the lack of communication. I had to reach out three separate times to get an update. The product itself is beautiful.

This website is an absolute scam. I paid extra for shipping for my product to arrive before Christmss and my order won't be arriving until Feb. They are refusing to refund me my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. I wasn't sure how it would look and hoped for the best. She lost her best friend some years ago and still struggles so I wanted to give her something that she could keep with her at all times. The necklace has an angel wing, a heart with her best friend's name on it and her BF's birthstone. She loved it and cherishes it. I am very happy with the quality and the look of it.

It took a min to recurve them, But both were gorgeous and the girls love them. Thank you
