Cute Sign

Ordering the sign was easy enough. It arrived in good condition with just a few minor blemishes that I imagine nobody will notice. The sign did take nearly four weeks to arrive. I am usually very good at spotting overseas websites but missed it with this website. Keep in mind you are ordering from China so shipping will take forever.

It took almost a month to receive my order, even though I paid $25 for 3-day shipping. It was a Birthday present and was 2 weeks later than the person birthday when it arrived. They won't give me a refund even though they didn't honor their end of the agreement. Several emails back and forth, saying to wait until the item arrives. It has arrived, now where's my refund on shipping costs? No response as of today.

I paid for express shipping and the shipping was substandard to say the least. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store and I will advise other against the expedited shipping scam. Three day shipping is VERY different from three WEEK shipping.

I paid for VIP service and express shipping and it took almost a month and the quality is very poor. It's already rusting. It's become a joke between my husband and I how much I spent and how bad the quality is - I wish I would have purchased the same thing off Etsy.

I made my purchase before christmas and paid the extra money for it; however, I did not receive my purchase within the given time frame. I do say that the communication was great though. I sent an email about the situation, and they refunded me my money for the expedited fee I paid since I didn't receive my order on time. The purchase overall is great quality. I loved it. I recommended site to friends and family.

Second necklace from rosefeels

This is my second necklace from rosefeels. Although, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal, and the first necklace I loved, this necklace was disappointing. The chain is ugly, the charm is way smaller and less detailed than the first necklace I purchased. (I purchased the same necklace just changed the names to add my new baby.)

I received three tracking numbers the first two I could not track anything it would not find nothing after emailing you to get the right tracking number then I finally found out where my package was and it took a lot longer than 8 days to get to me it took about a month
