I bought this order for my mom for mothers day and when she opened it a piece was broken and the names I listed weren't in the order I listed them going from oldest to youngest. It's upsetting that I spent 80$ on what I thought was a great gift for my mom.
It was easy, transparent and very accurate and it honestly looked better in person than I expected it would
The necklace I received had the names in the wrong order. The first name I put on the necklace should have been on the bigger ring not the smaller one.
Came faster then I thought, nice quality and love it!
Unfortunately it took almost one month to arrive. I was not contacted about the delay until I reached out to see what had happened to my order.

They lie about delivery time- takes a month not 4-8 days- I paid extra for shipping and after I inquired About why it was late they said processing time takes up to a month. This is not anywhere in their website

I paid $25 dollars for expedited shipping, to make sure the bracelets were received in time for a my deceased Sister's Celebration of Life. Well… I was very disappointed when the bracelets didn't arrive in time for this very special event. RoseFeels did refund the expedited shipping, but because the bracelets weren't here in time for the purpose intended, the purchase was for not. The bracelets were finally received 2 weeks after the Celebration

Overall a good experience, however I really wish I could see a preview of my order (what it will look like). Also which I could select the order of the dog names within the people names. Would like to put in order of age. Name did not come out in the order I placed them on the list.
