The process to purchase item and personalize it was easy to follow. It did take a while to receive and it's understandable due to the circumstances and personalization. It would have been nice to get an update just to hear from you. I did reach out as I have had issues with other sellers that ended up being a scam or taking months to arrive, but RoseFeels was very prompt in responding and gave me piece of mind.
Standard shipping 9-15 busines days. Still waiting after 19 busines days for even a confirmation its been shipped. Correspondence has been just sorry its taking so long... If you want to buy something for mother's day 3 weeks in advance and still not receive it in time and continue to wait for the product, then buy from rosefeels.
